Audiense has a few different plans that consumers can choose from; Free, Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. Their plans all come with a 15 day free trial. Their free plan comes with all of the following features:
- Up to 5,000 social contacts
- Up to 2 accounts
- Best time to tweet report based on your top 100 followers
- Limited community insights
- Follow and unfollow management
- Limited list management
- Standard technical support
They provide consumers with printable analytics and reports that can also be easily exported to PDF or Excel. Their reports provide an overview of your Twitter marketing activity. They offer at least four different reports; Profile Overview, Followers Stats, Following Stats and Content Optimization, to improve your social strategy and reach your KPIs. They also have a Best Time to Tweet report for all users.
Audiense gives Twitter users the opportunity to link up to 15 different accounts to one Audiense account. Their Free plan allows 2, Basic allows 5, and Premium allows 15. If a consumer needs more than that, they can opt into their Enterprise plan which allows plenty of customizable features.

Audiense has yet to come out with a mobile app for either iOS or Android. They also do not have a plug in capable with Hootsuite at this time.
The only social media platform they support is Twitter. They do not support Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Youtube, Foursquare, Tumblr, Blogs, Forums, and any other social media platforms. However, they currently are in the process of testing out Instagram.
Their Free plan does not include reporting or exporting of data. Also, the Free plan provides very limited community insights and list management capabilities.
