Poor service and Ive gone through five modems and they say the signal is fine and its not..... The equipment is cheap and the prices keep going up and the internet connection is poor and disapointing, I dont reccommend them

They have a reconnect fee for each thing! Their fastest internet still lags when 2 computers & game console are on. They aren't willing to work with customers.

Customer service is always hard to work with. Monthly bill would go up and no notification or reason would be posted. But I think they are the best of the worst. So I give them a 3, but they are a close 2.

Too expensive and they do not allow you to make changes to your service package without speaking with a sales rep. My home security system was installed poorly and it's not easy to find the batteries needed to replace the old batteries

Once they get you a customer they don't want to talk to you. They push you over to a computer and send your final bill to an address that's not yours so they can lie on your credit report knowing you already paid. Run from Comcast as fast as you can. Don't look back.

Miserable company. Shade business practices. I would like to drop them completely. I plan to look into the entire town installing fiberoptics and negotiating our own rates with ISPs. There is no reason for the high rates, and poor quality service, and ever changing rates.
