The service with Xfinity is okay. They get you registered with them and then jack up the prices. They don’t have any deals that the customers that stay with them can take advantage of which is why my family left their service.

Connections have been fairly decent overall, but xfinity really misses out in customer service. Our bills have been raised multiple times despite no change in plan and it’s a struggle to fix it every time.

I find Comcast’s customer service pretty poor. Scheduling a technician is a nightmare and most of the time they do not show up in time. The problem seems to lie with those actually doing the scheduling, not the technicians themselves.

Xfinity has too many frequent updates containing not many useful changes. My family and I loved the old Comcast where you could simply access the movies and many other things inside this website. I would constantly go into Xfinity and realize there was another update I could not understand or find out how to use it.

When I moved-- their availability for installation at my new house was very unaccommodating. It was about 5-6 weeks out for an appointment. I don't know anyone that is able to stay unconnected to their wifi for that long a period. Unbelievable. I had no choice but to switch companies.

I'm on seasonal from January 30 to April 15 I was charged 249 each month vs 67 quoted, Agent says they don't do refunds even though they agreed its their error.!!! VERY UPSET, THAT'S APPROXIMATELY 300 OVER CHARGE!!!
