Comcast came to my door offering service. I signed up for internet service. It never worked. They wanted me to keep paying for service that never worked and service fees. Had to drive the modem back to one of their stores! A complete waste of time and money. Would never recommend this company.

Horrible company!! They will charge you for channels like Cinemax and then just take it away. Doesn’t matter that it’s part of your contract!! Unbelievable! Worst customer service. Will definitely check options of other providers in the area

So recently I was doing some gardening and cut the cable(rg11) that was supposed to be buried 18" down but instead was buried 5" down. Then they came to replace it with a new wire without informing us. They just showed up and started working.

Been with Comcast since 1988 and keep getting the yearly increase. This year increase as usual but NO relief from Comcast as to billing. Appears being loyal means nothing. Most likely will pay early out fee and find another carrier.

On demand never works. Over all on demand doesn’t ever work only works for a couple days and then it stops working for months. Issue never gets resolved. They keep taking off channels that were once included in the package and are supposed to be free. It’s way over priced.

The three services go out about a day each month. When you try to get them to tell you what it would cost to go to only internet, they either hang up (ok maybe put on perpetual hold) or send you to a person who tries to keep you from leaving. I did not want to leave, just get rid of phone and all but basic TV.

I had to move out of state due to reasons beyond my control, Comcast fee'd me with early termination fees because they couldn't provide me service where I was going to.. I was a Comcast customer for 18 years and that's how they treat their customers.

They will not honor my loyalty discount or any other discount. They tried to offer a senior discount knowing I’m not eligible so I asked if they could give my grandmother the senior discount instead. Fees are too high and keep going up. Explanations from customer service are canned answers. Paying for packages that do not want. Company won't let the customer buy the equipment, therefore, the customer is paying for infinite rent payments.

This company charged my mother a early termination fee over 150.00 because she unexpectedly had to move into a nursing home due to health reasons . I explained the whole situation and asked them to please waive the fee because she is very stretched for money but all attempts failed they then turned her over to collections good job comcast

Service is always going in and out and takes over a week for things to get fixed. Always havig service interuptions and worst times and unable to handle high volume. Costumer service spends 30mins of your time to just tell you they will send a tech out 5 days later while you are at work.

They do not care about anything. Called to upgrade my account, the rep was very nice. Said that the 40$ service call will be waived. Appointment came 2 days later, called up, and no waived fee. Spoke to the manager and basically blew me off. Will be looking into getting DirectTV in my area.

I would go lower if I could, they charge you for service before you use it, raise your monthly service fee without notice and then never answer your calls and make it basically impossible to reach them, that is until they turn off your service, then they can route your call with ease to get your money. I am cutting the cord and so happy to do it.

Comcast customer service agents are trained to lie. After 4 phone calls, each agent gave me different information and in the end they stuck me with a $60 charge to drop off a box. No wiring, no outlets, just drop off. $60 for a professional install? Are you kidding me. They dropped off a box!

If you have multiple accounts BEWARE they can not assist you; spend over an hour to 4 escalations to get no progress. Will LEAVE COMCAST immediately for more flexible and user friendly provider.

If i could give comcast a 0 I would, it is the worst internet I have ever had, I pay for 250 mgb/s and I get 0.69 (1 out of 382 of what I pay for). And that is not even mentioning the fact that all internet drops maybe twice a day. Do not ever EVER get internet or anything else from Comcast.

This has been the worst company I’ve ever been with, there Customer Service and leadership is horrible, they provide false information and over charge you with no explainable fees. From August to September I was charged 636.00 after speaking to someone less then a month ago. Not to mention the service is not that great for cable and internet.

We had called for service in July..didn't get it till August 14th.. and have had nothing but problems since..the cable sucks worse then satellite. Its September 5th.. and my first bill is 221$ they took off 52$ and we are still having trouble and I'm on the phone with them every other day. Good luck with this company.
