They love to buy out an area and offer new customers cheaper rates and free modem leases. So if you already have service when they arrive you are stuck with the old rate and pay more fees.

All they did was raise their price and took away channels. Spectrum is not worth the money. Very disappointed since they changed from Time Warner to Spectrum. Looking at other options now.

They raised my bill, didn't provide the service I am paying for. Refused to assist to correct the problem. Did not return my call when a manager promised it would happen. Did not take responsibility for the company failure.

Came to my house to install TV, phone, and internet..walked in, made a hole in the wall. Said I wasn't wired for cable, and left...the hole is still in the wall and the mess in the floor. REALLY???????

The on demand service for Charter is very bad, you can't pause or rewind as you can with Fios, and the interface is very clunky. It is also not nearly as easy to record programs as with Fios.

Spent 2 weeks trying to get my cable to work. Finally gave up. Every one I talked to at spectrum had a different reason for why the cable did not work. And you would think that if you had to come out an run new cable lines to the house you would make sure they worked before you left.

I have requested to have spectrum and they told me to run a line to my house from the end of road where I can see from kitchen window they would charge 10s of thousands of dollars that I as a customer would have to pay cause customers will pay for construction

At sing up the internet for 400Mbs plan. For one month the internet speed WAS 400Mbs. Second month the internet speed dropped to 65Mbs. A technician had been sent to my house. He was unable to fix the problem. I have been told that I can disconnect the service if I am not happy with the 65Mbs.

I called to set up new service, I specifically stated that I would be picking up the equipment yet the representative still shipped it. After several calls I went and picked it up and I was given only the modem, he failed to give me the router. Too many mistakes done to one customer within 3 days!!!

When I had spectrum I didn’t feel like I had many channels. The monthly rate was expensive and you had to bundle phone (which I never used) and WiFi. The DVR feature only lasted a year and I felt that I was over paying.

Terrible customer service. They were charging my mother way too much for the service. And when we tried to cancel, they put up a significant number of roadblock, threatened additional charges and even refused to cancel the service at one point. They were the reason why I cut the cord.

35 mb internet in Florida is $38 per month. Spectrum 60 mb internet in Wisconsin $70 per month - no other practical option available unless you can live with 3mb
