Library users will enter much of the same information except they’ll need to provide a library card number, the name of the library, and the library’s website. 

Users will then submit their request; however, Got Resume Builder does not provide any information on how long users will have to wait until their request is approved or denied — leaving users to wonder if they need to wait 24 hours or if they will be approved/denied instantly. It would be useful for users to know the timeline of the process.
