We had a great experience working with Ty through Sunrun. From the beginning, he never came across pushy or like he was just trying to make a sale. He took the time to answer every question my wife and I had, made sure we understood everything, and we always felt comfortable throughout the process. One of the things I appreciated most was that he stayed involved from beginning to end. He didn’t disappear after the paperwork was signed—he was there throughout the entire process until everything was completely finished. Overall, it felt like we were dealing with someone we could trust, not someone trying to “get over on us.” I’d definitely recommend him to anyone considering solar.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Ty! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always takes great care of us, including making sure we’re aware of any incentives available to us. Anytime we’ve had a hiccup along the way, he’s been quick to address it and get it resolved right away. Whenever we have questions or concerns, he’s always responsive and has answers for us, which we really appreciate.
