I oversee our sales team and division managers, making sure every project is set up for success from the very first conversation. My role is to ensure our process is consistent, transparent, and aligned across all departments so homeowners know exactly what to expect. I’m involved throughout the full lifecycle of the job—from assessment and estimate to production and completion—working closely with our teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I believe strong communication, accountability, and proper planning are what lead to great results. My goal is to make sure every homeowner feels confident in the plan, the people, and the work being done on their home.
