The Better Earth crew were fantastic every step of the way. I realized that NEM 2.0 was getting deprecated very late in the game to the point that I thought I was sure to miss out on it. I contacted 7 solar companies and was ignored by all of them except Better Earth. It almost felt like I was their only customer because they moved extremely fast considering they were most certainly swamped with other people like me. They got moving really quick and reassured me that they would take care of me. Two months later I can say that they most certainly did. Really great company, highly recommended.

I got estimates from 6 solar installers and Better Earth was not only the most helpful and responsive, but they offered the best product at a competitive price. From day one of working with my rep Luis L, I knew I was in good hand. Like any construction project, there were some hiccups along the way with the install, but they handled them great and I’m super satisfied with my entire experience.

I chose Better Earth, with representative Jonathan S, out of six bids on Energy Sage and four off. Some were afraid to touch my building because it has an older electrical system and is multi-unit, many were not competitive with Better Earth's price. Jonathan gave quick and upfront pricing on what the costs would be should by electrical need an upgrade, and guarantee installation approval before the 6 week cutoff date when CA switched net metering rates. I was surprised and pleased to learn that my electrical system did not need to be upgraded. There was a significant unexpected expense when the local electric company changed the rules before the cutoff. However, Jonathan and Pablo kept to our originally agreed on price. Better Earth submitted a permit application quickly and at this time, I am waiting for the local building department to approve. So far though, I am very pleased with my experience.
