Our initial sales rep is no longer with the company (Spencer Wiskus). We liked him as he seemed knowledgeable and was not hard sell (which we expected). As I understand it Kyle is now the rep and, so far, I like him too. I have not met him in person, but I have spoken with him on the phone.
