About Me

I'm Kris, a Senior Energy Consultant with Freedom Power. I joined Freedom Power after a 15-year baseball career, playing and coaching at the collegiate, professional, and international levels. I’ve always had a strong passion for renewable energy, and my interest in solar grew after living in the Czech Republic, Australia, and New Zealand. While abroad, I felt the effects of the ongoing energy crisis and watched utility rates skyrocket, sometimes paying the same amount monthly for my utility and rent. To date, I have helped over 200 families go solar. I specialize in introducing, educating, and guiding my homeowners toward sensible and cost-efficient solutions for their homes. I strive to find immediate and long-term savings for my Florida clients by offsetting ever-rising utility bills.
