Jonathan did an outstanding job in helping us with our purchase. He was extremely patient in answering our numerous questions. I have had many discussions with Jonathan Wong about expanding our solar system with more panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. During those discussions he made very good suggestions as well as obtaining answers to technical questions such as what is needed for our main panel upgrade. In addition, another requirement is to modify our air conditioners to work with the Tesla Powerwall 2 battery and he readily indicated that he had a subcontractor who would be able to that. This made the expansion of our system feasible. That is, he found solutions to potential issues so that the project could move forward. He also kept us informed at each step of the design process such as when the Sunrun reviewer would arrive at our home to check out what would be required for installation such as the main panel upgrade, where the battery would be placed, roof repair where the panels would go and wiring up the new panels. He then provided us with design documents and walked us through them. Overall he made the process of our solar system expansion pleasant and easy by making himself readily available and responding to questions quickly. It is a pleasure to work with him.
