Jeremy Menschel is a Hawaii-based professional specializing in renewable energy, solar design and sales. He has over 30 years of sustainable building practices, renewable energy and real estate. He is based primarily on Kauai and has deep roots in the solar industry and local community. Jeremy has designed and installed nearly 1000 SunRun solar systems on Kauai alone, and has helped over 3000 families on Kauai and throughout Hawaii eliminate or reduce their electricity bills. In 2013-2015 Jeremy Menschel spearheaded the Solarize Kekaha program. In Partnership with Sunrun they installed nearly 500 solar systems on 500 homes. Earlier in his solar career, Jeremy Menschel worked with Sunrun, where he earned National Sales Representative of the Year awards in both 2012 and 2014. This recognized his strong performance in residential solar sales during a key growth period for the industry. He is a Strategic Development Specialist and Investing Partner at Rising Sun Solar (since April 2015). Rising Sun Solar is a long-established Hawaii solar company (serving the state since the 1980s/2000s era, with significant presence on Kauai and statewide installations).
