From the first conversation, Fernando made me feel like I was working with someone who genuinely wanted me to make the right decision, not just make a sale. He took the time to understand my home, how we use electricity, and what I was hoping to accomplish before making any recommendations. That approach immediately gave me confidence that he had my best interests in mind. What impressed me most was his knowledge. He wasn't just familiar with the products, he understood how everything worked together and explained it in a way that actually made sense. Whether we were discussing the solar panels, the Powerwall, the installation process, expected production, or how the system would perform during an outage, he never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. He broke everything down into simple, easy-to-understand terms without ever talking over my head. Fernando was also incredibly patient. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and every time he took the time to answer them thoroughly. If I needed clarification, he explained it another way until I completely understood. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was inconveniencing him. Communication was another area where Fernando exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, followed through on everything he said he would do, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's rare to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and dependable, and Fernando consistently proved to be both. What really left an impression on me was the respect he showed my family and our home. Every interaction was professional, courteous, and honest. Fernando was fantastic! I never once felt pressured to sign up for solar. He made sure I felt comfortable with what I was getting. Talking to others I got a great value for my cost of the system. Would highly recommend Fernando to anyone thinking of going solar.
