Extremely responsible, always available to answer questions. Derick would call many times to make sure everything is going well and to update on progress, plans, schedules all of that. While installation was going on he called multiple times to ensure everything is smooth. Without asking, he called again twice to help me configure the App, explained all settings, how I can manage the system etc. I never felt like a "customer" it was more like he was doing it for himself ! Outstanding professionalism and empathy! Strongly recommend this person!

Derick was great to work with. He walked us through the process and answered all of our dumb and not-so-dumb questions! We are signed up and waiting to get our install date set but so far so good. Derick has been really responsive and we’re looking forward to completing our project with him!

My overall experience with Derick has been perfect. He is very easy to talk to and was highly knowledgeable with any question I had. The survey technician was very nice and was also able to answer any questions I had and explain how the solar system worked with my electric system.
