I have never spoken with a person representing a solar company. Yesterday, I was contacted by Darrah Herman and I was impressed by his ability and knowledge when it came to giving me an overview of what services his company could provide me when it came to having solar installed on my house. He was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. His easygoing way of presenting technical information to an individual with no knowledge of the solar industry like myself is definitely an asset and is a tribute to the hiring practices of the company he works for.
