Charles was very good in partnering to have a Leonard crew out in short order to install a new roof, my old one was leaking. In addition, Charles assured me that follow up on a couple of items would happen soon. Members of the Leonard Team I had communication with were courteous, polite and helpful.

Charles and his team followed up on the wrk and inspected it during and after the installation. Anything not to specs was remedied and corrected.
