Brian walked us through the process step by step. He was wonderful. Our National Grid bill went from $900+ a month to lower than $150 most months. We are saving so much money. Brian was there for us at one point when we ran into an issue. He got it worked out asap. He's an excellent representative. He was helpful and knowledgeable and we are still able to contact him with questions and concerns. He couldn't be better. 10+ stars! Brian is amazing. Highly recommend!
