Am very pleased with the service Ashleigh provided during and after my solar was quoted and installed. Ashleigh promptly returned my calls for all my questions and went above and beyond for customer service. I would highly recommend Ashleigh to anyone interested in solar, as a Senior citizen I appreciate her kindness and patience! I appreciate that Ashleigh still emails me to stay in touch. I’ve had solar installed previously with a different company , that was a total different story, so I truly appreciate Ashleigh’s Great customer service.

We had been on the fence about going solar for awhile. Ashleigh contacted us and explained everything to us thoroughly. Answered all our questions with an air of talking to your best friend instead of a sales person. She also was available to us for additional questions after the deal was made. Ashleigh is very thorough and detailed on guiding me thru the entire process. She explained the concepts, scenarios, and regulations so that I can have an good understanding of what I’m getting into. She is also very patient in answering my questions and providing various quotes and recommendations based on my questions and concerns. You will be in good hands :)

Excellent Senior Energy consultant. From our first conversation, I was convinced she knew her product and all the ins and outs of installing solar panels on a residential property. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and wanted to match our wishes with her ideas. Ashleigh was instrumental in helping us through a complicated backup battery program; her enthusiasm and straightforward approach were simply refreshing. She was the first to say 'that won't work' or 'have you thought of this' which was so unexpected. I've given her name to many of my friends in hopes that they will consider her and Sunrun if/when they decide to go solar.

I had the great pleasure of working with Ashleigh over a few months in a highly competitive field of solar companies vying for business. I was very impressed by Ashleigh's knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and effort throughout the entire process, which set her and her Sunrun colleagues apart from a number of other companies. She offered several different options to meet our needs including different panels, payment options, etc. Unlike other companies that I wasted time with like Tesla Solar and Solar Vision, she was transparent and quick with multiple proposals, contracts, etc. She and her colleagues (i.e. Jason Jeroski, Mike, etc.) all worked diligently to offer a great, customized product and great service. I look forward to moving forward with the Sunrun Team and highly recommend them.

Simply stated I probably would have decided against this solar installation except for the timely professional response and answers from Ashleigh. I cannot image a better representative for you company. She is has CEO potential and after three decades as a senior naval office and 25 years in international business I believe I am an excellent judge of skills and character. Great job all the way through and a pleasure to deal with during sale, installation, and connection.

Ashleigh is absolutely the most personable and thorough person I know. She is not "salesy" and takes the time to get to know you and your situation. You will never feel rushed or pressured and her demeanor is one of curiosity. She cares about your project and will go above and beyond to ensure a high level of care, attention and service. I can't recommend her enough!
