Aloha, We have a great Sunrun Story! Rolling blackouts in Hawaii last night. We had no idea power was off in our area until we went outside with our dogs and saw the street in complete blackness. We were the only house with lights! All the other homes, even those with solar, were in darkness. That battery power wall is fantastic! Wanted to say how happy we are with our system, and to say thank you. Our solar has already come into use within a month of it being installed. Appreciate everything Anna did for us in making the entire process so easy and fast.

Anna patiently walked me through the process to solve a snafu that we are encountering with the service from another installer. We heard about Anna, word of mouth, from a friend, who had a very positive experience with Anna and Sunrun, as did another relative of our friend. Then today, so did we! I thank Anna for taking the time she took today and know that, based on this, I would have no hesitation working with and/or recommending Anna. We recently completed our solar panel installation with Sunrun, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience—especially working with Anna Pawlenty. From the very beginning, Anna was incredibly patient as it took my husband and me several months to make our decision. She took the time to clearly explain the benefits of going solar and how having a backup power battery could provide peace of mind. What really stood out was her consistent communication and willingness to answer every question we had along the way. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and I truly felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Took awhile to decide on Solar and trust a salesperson over the phone Better than in person as Anna was ok with my interruptions on specific details She answered all with facts and walked me thru phone paperwork. I now have solar and less expensive power bills SunRun owns maintains for next 25 years and I get billed 10-20cents per kw hour less than PG&E. They installed panels and Tesla battery at no charge Anna was easy to work with and kept me uptodate in every thing I’m up and running on solar Pls mention my name and call her

I highly recommend Anna, a trusted professional in her industry! She is passionate and knowledgeable on renewably energy. Anna educated us very well about the technology. We were even able to discuss and explain it to others later. Also, we loved the digital presentation. Anna was sincere and informative throughout the process, even as we were looking at competitive bids. We feel like we made an informed decision and chose the best company and system, by far.

I came into this project, not knowing much about solar or how it could help me. Anna was very patient with walking me through the steps. There was a point at which the project encountered a little bit of a delay, but Anna made sure to promptly get it resolved, so my installation could be successfully completed. From start to finish the project was handled very professionally, and I am very pleased with the outcome. My system has been operating the majority of 2024 and I am very happy with the result.
