RRRUUUNNN. $400 X 5 MONTHS =ZERO LEADS. Just after I signed up my consultant was changed. I thought there was nothing more to the program then what she had already set up. I remember asking my new consultant a question that he did not know how to answer as he said he was new and not fully trained. I DIDN’T find out until four months later that there is a dashboard, DIDN’T know that your consultant is supposed to go over your account monthly to make adjustments and see which ads that I am paying for were working. I just sat and waited for the phone to ring. When I began to complain, they told me they were branding me by posting. I made perfectly clear at the start that is not what I was looking for. We have people at our agency whose job is specifically to post. I came to know I had not been fully explained the entire program about the ads, dashboard where they say my leads were going to . What dashboard?? Whose dashboard??? NOTHING there. I requested a refund. My rationale was if you order something and it comes in broken than you are entitled to a refund. If you buy software and it doesn’t work you get a refund if that is what you request. They refused. Their excuse is that they just recently implemented these agent programs. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR GROWING PAINS, or be assigned someone that isn "new" and never went over the account with me. This is not how you keep customers. I was able to have the regional counselor get a cancellation for me. They delayed that so they could have the retention department speak to me and meantime another $400 went through which they refused to return. The retention department lady who I spoke with is a master manipulator. Spoke in circles every day. Promised freebies. Only if I continued to pay. I couldn’t get my head wrapped around that. And after a few days of lengthy calls, I just hung up on her. My head was heavy and spinning. Exasperated. No joke. This is not how you keep customers. I wonder how many other quinea pigs are out there paying homes.com while they get their act together. I am a seasoned agent with many recognitions. I have been around. You never want to sign up with a company that does not take responsibility. I'll tell you something that is more alarming to me. Knowing that they are wrong, talking in circles with me and offering “freebies”, denying any sort of refund, made me lose all trust in this company. I would not be at all surprised if they are double or triple selling their territory. How do you know that you have a certain percent of the territory. Maybe they are showing the same impressions to someone else. Furthermore, our company has about 1,500 agents. Our company has recently hosted homes.com at our yearly convention. Our company has had homes.com do some con ed hours for us. When I started to have problems, I called the owner of our company who called our marketing department to take carenof this....even with all her letters back and forth with homes.com, she was unable to get them to do anything for me. Imagine that. They couldn’t even show us appreciation or good faith even though they admit they were wrong. You know what they did do? They penalized their regional broker by dropping our office from his roster. I have never written a review for anything. But this company is ugly in so many ways. I will continue to keep posting this review. I want to make sure that newcomers to this site will be able to see it too. Sorry for being so lengthy. I assure you, there was much more that I could write. Finally, for your peace of mind, sign up with a reputable company who is there for you. PHASE 2 You can see homes.com reply March 24th. There is also a message that my answers from now on go directly to them instead of being published for all to see. So, I clicked edit to my first post so I can include a second post: Folks, as you can see here, they. have a deaf ear. I had already explained and they are aware that they did not give me the full program. I did not buy just the branding/posting. But they don't address that at all. Call homes.com and ask them what is included in the social media package. People I believe homes.com has a 1.25 rating. That's what someone told me today. I bet that is only because they don't offer a zero you can click on. I would assume that a lot of those "one's" are actually zero. They do not acknowledge even when the evidence is there. It's really shocking. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. RUN.

Thank you for your feedback, Marlene. Based on our records, the product you had was branding through social media channels, and not a product specific to lead generation. We are sorry to hear the results did not meet your expectations; however, we'd be happy to reach out to you regarding other solutions that might be more aligned with your needs. Let us know if that is the route you'd like to go.

I don't believe I have ever reviewed any type of Company in my life, but Real Estate Professionals need to know what a Scam Home.com is. The Sales people with homes.com are misleading, and results will be non-existent. Was promised on the phone a set amount for 3 months and if we were not happy could cancel. They made multiple charges to our account that ended up more than 3 times what was promised by the sales person. Also they do not make it easy to cancel, by passing you to the next agent and sitting on hold or wanting to call you back. Even after cancelling they continued to charge my account. I have to contact my bank to stop payment on recurring charges. Also our company agent was promised to be a featured agent, and was initially, but later the agent was removed for another agent from another company. Homes.com is the worst I have ever seen in all of my years in Real Estate.

I can't think of a time that I've ever negatively reviewed a person or company. But I feel the public and other professionals need to know that Homes.com is a scam. I am a 20+ year veteran of real estate and have never experienced the lack of results from a paid marketing program like I did with Homes.com. I believed the garbage that was promised to me and should have followed my gut when the salesperson insisted on talking on the phone instead of replying to simple questions via email. The few "leads" we got were bogus leads which my staff believes were fake leads that Homes.com made up... to give me the impression they were generating legit ones. Bad phone numbers, bounced/erroneous emails with no responses, etc. When I canceled before my renewal, they charged me for another 3 months of charges and refused to refund it when I brought it to their attention. Don't fall for the pitch that Homes.com gives you. It's not worth it, no matter what they say. They are a SCAM.

I am highly disappointed in Homes.com. I'm a new agent and with RE/MAX and Homes.com has lied to me and tricked me into a contract that I have never agreed with. It's frustrating that this company promises you a product, that hasn't been worth the money at all, then write a contract for a whole different product to steal more money from you. Two agents in my office will be canceling with Homes.com after I have informed them of my situation. I recommend that you don't even associate with them. I also spent time to call into their customer support and instead of helping a future customer, make everything right, they just create excuses to further steal more money. If you're in the real estate industry, Homes.com is not an ally that you want with your business. I'm so frustrated that I will be writing a letter to RE/MAX's CEO and my regional rep my experience with this company.

I had purchased service on Homes.com, before. It was a terrible experience!! I kept telling them I was getting NO leads. Finally, an honest representative worked with me. Come to find out there was "an issue" with my account. I really wasn't getting leads!! Then in January, Ebony called me and told me how their system had been completely revamped. This time I would be very happy with them. She offered me a great zip at a reasonable price. I know!! You are shaking your head....yep, I signed up again....hope springs eternal. 4 months later, I still have NOTHING to show for trusting this company. Well I can show you they are drawing money from my account STILL..... DON'T DO IT! Learn from my mistake! I have been in the business A LONG time and still got suckered into this....Walk away, keep your money in your account. They keep going back to the "you have signed a contract", but they get away with "people are seeing your name" NOT BOY, WE should make sure you get your money's worth.... RUN...DON'T SIGN FOR THE SIX MONTHS. NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS...IT IS NOT!!!

WHOEVER CHERYL WAS, SHOULD BE VERY UPSET AS SHE WAS USED FOR THE DISHONEST ACT. THEY SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS AND WOULDN'T WORK WITH CHASE ON THE MATTER. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I'VE SIGNED UP BECAUSE THEY PROMISED ME TO BE BETTER. THEY JUST KEEP GETTING WORSE AND I WAS SENT 3 LEADS THAT WERE OLD LEADS THAT NEVER LEAD TO ANYTHING. I made a huge mistake of agreeing to a 6 month contract for leads. Within months, I saw that the leads were garbage. I called to find out how to cancel, and unfortunately, I knew I was stuck for the 6 months I agreed to. I sent my cancellation request, and received confirmation they got it 3 months BEFORE the end of the 6 month contract. I called 3 times between that time and the end of the contract to confirm I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED after the sixth month. Each time I was told I would not. I have now been charged TWO ADDITIONAL MONTHS BEYOND THE CONTRACT. "Customer Service" is worthless. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.

Absolutely Horrible! I canceled the one contract I had many times in 2018. They continued to charge my card even after cancellation not only the original amount, but they took the original amount twice a month. I continued to call and cancel. I had many agents say my account had been canceled and everything was good. My bank collected the money they had taken from account and I stopped all cards they had on file. They proceeded to send a letter saying I was sent to collections. They want to settle by me paying an absurd amount (half of what they were trying to say I owed). I have never received a seller or buyer or even a lead from Homes.com. They even said the contract I signed was signed from an email I didn't even have access to at the time. We get a free profile through our real estate association. I asked what they did for me even if I had signed a contract. No answer was given. I have been dealing with Matt N. If you receive a phone call or email from this company it is in your best interest to never respond and never give your financial information to this company. Worst experience I have ever had.

Wish there was a negative rating I could give them. Signed up in September and did not get a lead until after Christmas. Asked to cancel but of course they invoked the contract. They reason they have a contract is so they can give you nothing and still have the right to take your money. At this point I have received a total of 4 leads in 5 months go figure. Who pays over $100 a lead!!! This is the worst lead company for realtors I have ever seen. Do not waste your money. Lesson learned I should have done my research before handing over my hard earned money to this useless company. But they have just robbed me for the last time. Canceled my card.

I signed up with Homes.com for a three month contract. Had the manager send me an email verifying that it was for only three months. I emailed them to cancel after the second month because I had not received one lead. Even though I was paying to be on the front of the search. Jennifer from there had called me to talk with me about the issues I was having. She said they would update the zip code area to include another zip code. My specific email back was that I was ok with her updating the zip code with no additional terms. They ended up Billing me for another month after and would not refund it. I forwarded all the email communication etc. This company is just another company trying to get all the money they can from agents by promising more then they can provide

We wish we could leave a negative star review with this company. We should've, like so many before us, done our research. We were paying over $600 a month for almost nothing. We wanted to drop our plan down to the more basic version for only $50. They said they couldn't do it because of a contract. No contract was ever agreed to or signed. We sent in a letter of cancellation and they still proceeded to bill us for $600+ a month which we refused. We had to destroy the card that was being billed just to end the payments. We called again to see where to send the $50 to make payment by check. They informed us that we still owed over $700. Apparently, the contract we never signed or received proof of was automatically renewed without our knowing. Also, in the many phone calls we made we were never informed that you had to cancel 30 days before the end of the contract. Mind you, this has been going on, with us calling every week, since October. It's now the end of January. This whole thing is completely ridiculous. Customer service is more than unhelpful and will rarely return calls. We are more than thoroughly disappointed, disgruntled, and outraged. Avoid this company at all costs. They're a complete waste of time and money. Homes.com is a scam and should be reported to the IRS, and whomever else for fraud. Worst wishes from the Sun Real Estate Team.

They called me tirelessly to sell me on their monthly subscription claiming this was a one time deal and that there was only one spot left. They did not say I would be locked into a 6 month contract and said I could cancel anytime. They start my billing on December 13 but my ads did not populate for over a week later. Today is January 29 and I have not received one contact from their site. I decided to cancel last week and was told I could not and that my rep would call me. A week later, my rep says I can cancel for $250 early termination fee. I explain to her that I was duped and if she could make an exception for me. She said she could not and that if I don't pay the $250 termination fee, it will go to collections. I will never trust another telemarketer again.

I signed on Monday and they didn't even call me to set up my account. I have no clear collection of how the site works. Carlton M (Senior Account Executive who I signed up with) promised he would always be available to help. After 2 days of calling I emailed him and he still didn't reply. He finally picked up the phone on Wed evening after I rang repeatedly and gave me an attitude. He told me he was on his way out. I told him that was fine if he could handle it in the morning. He never did. I did a chat the next day with Lonnie who was much better. I am reading reviews and really regretting this so far. Praying that leads come through. No money to spare. SMH

Terrible experience. I never signed a 6 month contract. (Apparently my verbal consent to try out the service counts as a signed contract -- that's ridiculous!). I was clearly told by the sales person who called me initially that I could try it out, not told anything about a 6 month contract or an early cancellation fee. Did not get ONE SINGLE lead for 45 days. Tried to cancel at day 30 when I had received no leads and was told to give it more time. Ok...still no leads. I cancelled the credit card they were billing as it seemed the only way OUT of this terrible service. What a disgrace to the good name of Homes.com this lead division is!

Should be negative stars. Was lied to all over the place. Got absolutely nothing from the service. I called the original salesperson and I tried working with customer service to find out why no leads were coming in and found out I didn't exist in advertising system. I was referred to someone who was supposed to help closed the account since I was defrauded, but despite numerous calls and emails to this Alfredo Fonseca, no response at all. Finally got him on the phone and managed to get one month refund and an assurance that they would stop the nonexistent service, but they have charged me again. Total scam.

I to am sorry zero stars is not an option. Same story as the majority of the rest of the agents. The sales people tell a great story, but there aren't really any legitimate leads. I was told homes.com was going to start doing some wonderful things, and make a big announcement. After a couple of months, when nothing was announced, I inquired and I never received a response. I have had the service for 7 months. I have been charged for 8 months. Been trying to cancel for 9 days now, but just keep getting the run around about needing top pay the last overdue bill which is for the next month I requested cancellation for. There is no consistency in billing dates, so you don't know when to cancel before the next billing. I finally paid the week old bill, now homes.com actually owes me money. Certainly not a legitimate company. Not one I would do any work with in the future. Once I paid the last bill, now no one from homes.com will call back to cancel the service. This is the type of company that does a real disservice to real estate agents and takes advantage of them every chance they get. Makes you wonder how some people sleep at night! Update, homes.com has now given me an end billing date 8 days after I requested it and are going to keep my service going for another month. Not what I requested, not providing a refund for over billing. More money paid for nothing.

If there was a 0 star I would give that rating! Homes.com is the worst lead generation I have used! They make promises and guarantees that they don’t care to live up to! They signed me to a six month contract and promising leads that never came. The only leads were for rentals that I don’t do. They said if I wasn’t satisfied I could cancel the contract with 30 days notice. I cancelled over and over. They kept billing me even though they did nothing they said they would do and apologized but not really. NOW THEY HAVE SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS!! First time I have ever had that happen! I was thrilled to be an agent advertised through Homes.com. But here is the thing: you are not getting what you pay for. I have tried to talk with the commercial, got the help desk twice, they don't even consider that it is not working. I have paid for 550 view a month and I got less than half for each month (even 10% the first ones). I found a great feature they have: you import contacts from your facebook page. Great. Not working in June, not working in July, and still not working! Asked for assistance in June... not a word from the technical assistance. In terms of leads, I got 2 in 4 months! I am not criticizing the quality of the lead. You know that you need 25 leads at least to have one client... Now a new commercial called me and offered me to buy a new city, I've answered I would if what is in place were working. He agreed that it is not really the case, and pulled a new ticket for me. Of course, nobody called. I really hate putting a review. But I gave them time... Don't waste your money...

I was very excited to advertise with Homes.com and the sales person was very engaging and convincing. He told me that he previously worked for Realtor.com and moved to this company and loved the product even more. In my excitement, I talked it up to my office and actually convinced another of my agents to sign up as well. The other agent was very upset with the entire process and was able to cancel after her first month. I decided to hang on, as the sales rep told me that it may take some time to start getting leads. I stayed for 6 months and canceled at the first opportunity that I was able to cancel. I received less than 5 "leads" the entire time I was paying for Homes.com and almost all of them were either wrong numbers or people having no idea why I was calling them. Not ONE real buyer or seller communicated with me the entire time. Communication was lacking and I felt that this company needs to change their strategy if they are going to survive. I advertise with Zillow and Realtor.com, among other smaller sites and none of them seem to have the company wide issues that Homes.com does. Typically I do not like to leave negative reviews, but as a Broker Owner of a local firm I wanted to share this info if you are considering advertising with them. Yes, the price is lower than what you will pay on other sites, but isn't the famous saying...you get what you pay for?!

If I could do a no star I would. This company is literally a preditor for realtors. Earlier this year I received several calls from Homes.com stating they were providing excellent leads to agents. I firmly told the sales agent NO three times over the next 2 months. On a 4th call from their sales team, I was told I would be guaranteed 'at least' 25 good quality leads per month. I was reassured five times that Homes.com was above board, that they did not operate like Zillow or Realtor.com and that All leads would be GOOD leads. Unfortunately, I took the bait. After the first month, I had one bad lead, second month, NONE, third month, time to cancle...I called Homes.com to complain, instead of getting that "nice sales agent" I got a venom breathing dragon that said, they NEVER would have made a commitment of 25 leads to an agent and that I knew very well what I was getting myself into. REALLY??? Do they honestly think I would give away my hard earned money to a company who promised me 2 bad leads or that they couldn't guarantee 'any' leads. I asked if they could review the recording of the conversation I had with the sales agents and she said they don't record calls. Baloney, the salesperson told me the call was being recorded. I also told her I would record her and she said it was not allowed, not legal, I spoke with an attorney yesterday who told me they had inccorrect information, in the state of SC you can record someone without their knowing it. I canceled my cc and now I have a credit collector bugging me. For consumers looking for property, PLEASE do not use this company, go online and look up local agents on local websites, call them, speak with them, ask questions. I guarantee you'll have a much better working experience with your agent. Agents, DO NOT purchase these leads, they are not worth a dime, you'll be throwing your hard earned money out the window. If you do get a call from one of their solicitors, please record your conversation!!

I agree with every one of the bad experiences others have had with Homes.com and if this form would let me - 0 stars. My company is a RE/MAX affiliate and we were lured into Homes.com's web of lies because RE/MAX (was) using them for the corporate site. I say was because very soon, Homes.com will be a thing of the past for RE/MAX. Anyway, because the Homes.com family of products powers our corporate lead management system, we figured it was a no-brainer to use their services to create office web sites. We were told how great it would be, but every week something was not working and we would be met by our account rep repeating his famous saying. "We are working on it, it will be fixed tomorrow" or his other phrase after every other word, "by the way" (which drove me nuts). After 6 months of empty promises and a useless website, we began the fight to stop our agreement renewal. Finally we decided to take back our SEO benefit and build what we needed how we wanted and couldn't be happier. We have one office site re-built and working beautifully, now we have seen the comparison and must rid ourselves of this thieving company for the second office. Stay clear of Dominion Enterprises and Homes.com!

Should be negative stars. Do not pay to advertise with Homes.com they do not deliver what the sales reps promise. After signing the contract I found out that they do not get any lisings from the MLS. They rely on agents posting listings to their sites and also rely on agents to remove lisings when they are no longer on the market. Info. is incomplete and not accurate. Their contract also states that they do not have to give you any leads. Waste of money and time. This borders being fradulent. Their contract is so iron clad in protecting them that there are no loop holes to get your money back even though they do not do what they promise. They will send you to a collection agency.

Yes, I have to agree with everybody else! They just take your money, and do not deliver ANY promised leads! Only fake emails and numbers. once every 2-3 months you might get a FAKE lead. I requested a cancellation for months now and refund and ....nothing. This is my last month of the so "awesome " 6 month contract . Get your attorney involved. I tested the website and when I clicked on my name the lead aka me came in 8-10 minutes later, but I got about 4 calls from other agents that got the lead(ME) before me...If that is not a scam, I do not know what is! SHAME on them !They just like to laugh when you tell them what is happening and refusing to refund or cancel the contract.

This is by far one of the worse companies I have had to deal with. ITS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM FOR SURE. They promise you a number amount of leads per month and never deliver. I called and complained within the first month as I was already seen it was not working. I never received responses and 4 months later I was still paying for the crappy service. I decided to put a stop payment on the cc because I was truly not getting anywhere with the manager or anyone. They wanted me to keep paying for a service that I was not receiving. Now they are trying to take me to collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad experience! I was lied to from the GET GO! Just keep that old saying in mind "You get what you pay for." When I first signed up I was told by Don K. that I would be a "FEATURE AGENT". After I signed up the first time I looked on the web site, there I was, my agent photo along with the words "FEATURED AGENT" underneath my photo. So I'm thinking "Okay, maybe this will be a good thing." Two weeks later and no leads, I looked at the site again (because who doesn't like seeing their own photo with ""FEATURED AGENT"", right? So this second time I looked at the web site, no photo!!! Holy Moly!!! I called 6 times and could never reach my rep Don K. When I finally got on the phone with him he claimed there had been some changes made to the website and instead of my photo with "FEATURED AGENT" underneath (which by the way is what his sales spill was....your picture will pop up immediately in your area showing "FEATURED AGENT." ) my photo would instead pop up as consumers scrolled through the listings, which it did. However "FEATURED AGENT" was no longer shown ANYWHERE! So I called once again. Call was answered by someone in sales customer service. He said "Oh, no. What you purchased is not for lead generation. What you purchased is just an ad. So OVER and DONE with this company. Would rate them -5 stars if that option were given. Don't be fooled!!!

I am very unhappy about my treatment by Homes.com representatives. When I was initially contacted by the sales agent I was assured the prospects I would receive would be exclusive t me. I think it's very intrusive to prospects to be bombarded by calls from several agents and I see no reason to have a "contact" race or contest with any other agent in my area. Several days later I was contacted by the on boarding agent who was to "walk me thru the website". Immediately upon login I noted that several agents appeared and instantly voiced my objection to "shared" leads. I stated my displeasure and desire to cancel right then. I was assured that would be taken care of right away. At no point did I express any need or desire to continue with Homes.com. Imagine my surprise when I received a email stating my bill was due. I contacted Homes.com and was told I was on the hook for 6 months with them. Lucky me I had not provided any payment information they could use for the ten seconds I was online with Homes.com. I would never refer them to any agent as their policies are restrictive, their personnel is no exactly truthful in every case and they have no concern for their reputation.

I bought leads from homes.com and none of them were good leads. They were on properties that were already pending or sold or just outright bogus leads. After 3 months of this, I contacted homes.com to cancel and was told that I had a 6 month contract. That was a total surprise to me! The sales person had not mentioned that when I signed up. He had mentioned that if I wanted to cancel, to be sure to do it 30 days prior to the next billing date and that it would automatically re-bill for 6 months. But, he made it sound like I could cancel at any time. I explained this to the customer service rep on the phone, but it didn't matter. I asked to speak to a supervisor. None were available. I had to make an appointment for a supervisor to call me back which took 3 days. Yes, 3 days!! When I spoke to the supervisor, it was the same story. No, you can't cancel. You signed a contract. I asked to see the contract that I signed. I received it and it did not have my signature. And of course there was an explanation for that, too. No matter what I did, there was no getting out of this "contract". I even asked if they could go back and listen to the phone call when I originally signed up and was told that was not possible. Lucky for me, it was only $55.00 a month. So, I will pay it and consider it a lesson learned. But, please be aware of this company and their dishonest practices, bad leads and horrible customer service.

I'm Top Producer in our firm, Circle of Excellence, etc ....If there was a NO STARS option, I would select as my rating of Homes.com, it's an utter complete waste of your time and money. I've tried them twice now so shame on me for being foolish enough a 2nd time. DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM! I had an entire City which is one of the hottest NJ Markets out there. NOT one single REAL lead! I received one lead a month which was an advertiser trying to sell me leads! I tried to cancel and they refused to refund me regardless of ZERO LEADS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THIS IS THE WORST LEAD PROVIDED I'VE EVER USED!!

I signed up with this company for six months after the sales lady pushed hard to have me sign up, telling me if I dont sign up now I will lose the zip codes I was interested in. I literally had to stop my car I was driving and sign the contract on my mobile phone without carefully reading it. For 4 consecutive months I received no leads what so ever. When I complained they said that the contract did not state that the company was obligated to send any amount of leads, yet they make you sign up for a minimum of six months with guaranteed payment. I lost $600. I dont recommend this company for anyone.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR LEAD PROGRAM. Sales man told me my contract would only be for 6 months, at the end of month 5 I find out that to cancel I need to email their cancellation department and that it would take 30 days to process. I send an email the same day. Almost 60 days after that email I am being billed for a 7th month. They are now saying that I will have to wait 30 days for the new cancellation request to go through which will equate to an 8th charge. I said no, I sent in a request almost 60 days ago, that I refuse to pay for their cancellation departments lack of professionalism. It was never disclosed that you have to email them to cancel in order for them to stop billing you after your 6 month contract is up. I feel like this company is a huge scam and that's how they make their money. Horrible leads, maybe 1 a month? For 3 months in a row I was getting leads from a scammer named Sal.

Bottom line is: DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am embarrassed to admit that I actually wasted money signing up for their featured ad product on 2 separate occasions. The first time, it was such a complete waste. I did not even receive a single lead in the entire 6 months that I was forced to stay in contract on it. Then, a couple of years later, I received another call from a slick salesperson who somehow convinced me that this is a different product and so much had changed. I can't believe they actually got me to sign up again. I am not sure what I was thinking - perhaps they got me after a few glasses of wine or something :). Nonetheless, same results again - ZERO leads. I tried to work with them to explain my predicament and see if they would at least agree to give me some kind of partial refund and let me out of my contract or give me credit towards some of their other products instead. I told them if they did that, I would still not be happy with this product but I would agree to keep my opinions to myself and not spread the word about my experience online. They refused to do a thing and I'm stuck paying $225/month for 4 more months; knowing in advance using the $1,350 I will have given them by contract's end as toilet paper would have been a better use of that money.

I PURCHASED 12MTHS IF 100% OF A ZIP IN MY AREA. BUT wait just like on Z i am one of 3 plus listing agent. Divided by 4 = 100% this new math doesnt add up. Now they keep calling trying to sell me more out outrageous prices again with "you can get 100% of the leads. Except when I ask what about the other 3 plus listing agent they just spin it, spin it, spin it, IT IS ALL A BIG SHELL GAME - SMOKE AND MIRRORS!!! WHAT THEY SAY AND PROMISE IS NOT WHAT IS DELIVERED. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. ON a bright note my website is nice and easy to manage. I will probably not renew though and certainly not buy another ZIP. same scam different name. I have seen them all after 23 years and they talk down to you and are rude and act like they know all about RE and I bet most have never even bought a house nevermind actually worked in REAL ESTATE. save your money.

Homes.com is great for louring people into a monthly billing cycle with little to no output. I've been in the real estate business for 10+ years and I believe this to be the largest waste of advertisement funds I've come across. Had the subscription for over a two years (one of many subscriptions I use to get public exposure) and it has only yield 10 calls. All of which were not even close to being in the market to buy a home. To cancel, you can't go through their website as there's no profile page (even as a re/max agent through "max street") Go ahead try to cancel I dare you. You can't. After spamming them for 3 months someone finally got back to me and still couldn't cancel my subscription over the phone. They had to send me an email and have me reply with my request. Still am waiting to find out if it's actually been done or not. Customer service and easy use of the website is a joke. The advertising is a joke. Lastly, be aware that your subscription renews in 6 month increments. Yes, that's right. so if you go over by a day, you owe for the next 6 months.

Absolutely the worst! DO NOT GIVE ONE SINGLE DOLLAR TO HOMES.COM As all the other people here and I wish I would have seen it first, Homes.com is a total ripoff. I was told I could cancel within the first 30 days of the contract. LIES. I am stuck with Homes.com for 6 months and they won't let me cancel at all. Customer Service is horrible, Sales REP is horrible. They are all friendly and charismatic before getting you to buy, once you are in, say goodbye to friendly staff, to your money. I was told something by Yelp, wish I would have gotten with Yelp first. They charge you for the amount of clicks that you get and you set a budget for that as well. But, what this Account Executive told me is that people that go into Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com are people that want to be their own Real Estate agent. People that DO want a Real Estate agent they will only be by recommendation or postals. STAY AWAY FROM HOMES.COM AND DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

IF YOU WANT TO FLUSH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DOWN THE TOILET WITH NO RESULTS THEN ADVERTISE WITH HOMES.COM! Actually, I recommend burning a thousand dollars as it is much more satisfying than advertising with Homes.com. I was promised by Homes.com that my leads would be significantly better than Zillow or Trulia. They claimed they had a much better results engine and traffic generator than their competitors. I told them that Zillow is a monthly buy and you can cancel at any time. The Homes.com sales rep told me that they only offer a 6 month term, however, if I am not satisfied they will work with me and ultimately cancel my agreement. The sales rep offered to cancel my contract, but customer service will not terminate the agreement. WORST MISTAKE EVER TO RELY ON THE WORD OF A HOMES.COM EMPLOYEE. I am one of the top agents in our area consistently selling over $15 million in real estate annually. My Homes.com profile is complete and I have over 32 reviews on Homes.com. I receive no more than one lead per month, all for property under $90,000. They refuse to cancel my service after multiple requests. Do NOT waste your money. You arebetter served flushing thousands of dollars down the toilet. You will have much better results!!

Diane Widdick West Palm Beach, FL

On February 1, 2016, I, Diane Widdick, spoke with Kevin Piechota with Homes.com. We talked about my website and how I can get additional leads and hits for potential sellers/buyers in real estate in my area. He informed us of several programs but stated that the Local Impact Elite, (which would built up the website with area information and assist with attracting more traffic to my website. Kevin stated that this would attract more people to my website that is interested in the areas and interested in selling/buying real estate. He informed us that there is a onetime fee of $1,599.00 but assured me that this would attract more traffic to my site. This is a lot of money and being the market for me is slow. I had to deliberate with my husband, for we are on a small income and not making the monies I used to in real estate. The most important thing to me is getting more traffic to my website so that I can find potential sellers/buyers. February 2, 2016 Contacted Kevin Piechota with Homes.com to let him know that we are interested in doing the Local Impact Elite. Asked him if the fee was the best they could do and informed him that this is a lot of money to spend, but he assured me that this will assist with driving more traffic to my website. By doing this Local Impact Elite could lead into potential leads for seller/buyers in real estate. I was a little hesitant but agreed to do it. Made Kevin aware that this needed to be completed quickly for my assistant was having surgery March 7, 2016 and will be out for 6 weeks and she handles all technology stuff. He said that that would be no problem. February 2, 2016 at 1:20 pm Kevin sent me via email the order to start the Local Impact Elite. At 2:27 pm Kevin then sent me an email (see attached Exhibit A) where he requested the information that is needed to do the Local Impact Elite. On February 8, 2016 at 11:52am, (see attached Exhibit B) the information that was requested to compete the Local Impact Elite addition to my website. Exhibit C shows Kevin read the email at 9:08 am on February 8, 2016 Kevin responded back (see attached Exhibit D) On February 19, 2016 at 12:35 pm I sent Kevin an email requesting update (see attached Exhibit E pages 1-6 pages with communication) page 1 my request for update, page 2 his response asking for what update. This found to be disturbing. Page 3 confirming he received my response. Page 4 an update on the status of the website. Diane is very concerned she paid $1500 and not seeing anything. Page 5 Kevin informing me he spoke with a Kim and that she has sent me a form a couple of times and she never received. Kevin asked me to check my email, as well as my junk email, which I did and did not see anything from a Kim. I informed Kevin of this and he read my response on February 19, 2016 at 5:50pm. February 22, 2016 now 14 days after all information requested was sent. At 2:02pm since I did not have contact information for Kim. I informed Kevin to have her send to [email protected] Exhibit E page 6 highlighted. At 10:34 am Kevin responded with the contact information for Kim. At 11:13 am sent a response to Kevin with disappointment on how matters have been handled please see page 9. February 23, 2016 at 11:17 am first contact with Kim at Homes.com, email stating that apparently she has emailed and not heard back, but how she has failed to pick up the phone to see if there was any reason why we have not responded. Exhibit F page 1 page 2 shows delivery confirmation that Kim received my email. At 12:27 pm Kim Bryanan contact me via phone, she stated that she need to speak with me on how I would like to set up the page. She started going of types of selections. I informed her that I was in the middle of getting ready for a brokers open, and that I was not aware that this needed to be done, that I had to pick my layout, I was not made aware of this and asked her to call me back the next day so that we can complete what needs to be done. She was made aware of that my assistant who helps me with all my technology information. She agreed to call me on February 24, 2016 between the times of 10:00 am and 2:00pm. I did not receive a phone call from her on February 24. I am sure she has other clients to work with but her job is to complete the order and she should have followed up with me and she felled to do that. March 1, 2016, @ 11:16am, now 22 days since I provided information that was requested. I emailed Kim asking when is a good time for her to discuss website Exhibit G. No response March 1, 2016 @ 12:33 pm emailed Kim can you please send me some samples of what you where discussing with me last week. So we can finish. Exhibit G never received a response from either email request. March 1, 2016 at 4:27 pm called Kim with Homes.com and left message. Informing her that my assistant only has a few days till surgery and trying to get this completed before she leaves. March 2, 2016 at 12:37pm called Kim with Homes.com left another message same message as above. March 7, 2016 at 12:25 pm called Kim with Homes.com again leaving a message. No emails where received from her during this time nor emails where received. On March 24, 2016 at 10:27 am since I have not had contact with Kim I emailed Kevin Piechota informing him of my cancelling and lack of there company fulfilling their part. See attached Exhibit H Kevin responded at 3:27 pm how he left me a voicemail and how they have requested multiple attempts to obtain information. Now I have Google Voice which keeps a copy of all incoming calls, text messages, and voice mail. I just check to print out his voicemail and there is no message. As you can see with all my attachments they did not. Exhibit I March 29, 2016 at 5:38pm Kevin emailed and highlighted yellow how Local Impact product HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED YET. They started but did not complete and tried to communicate with me which was not true. Now we are taking 50 days after I sent them all of the information that was requested by Kevin. Bank of America on May 27, 2016 contacted me and Leslie requesting information and proof which was faxed to your office and now I am attaching to this response letter. At that time, I was made aware of some changes to my website. When reviewing what was on there, and showing proof of what I sent. They added two areas that are not in my market area but did use what I have given them. The only reason they have posted is because I have placed the claim with Bank of America. This company shows lack of professionalism and did not due what was promised, and lack of communication. It is not my job to do the work it was their job and I was suppose to send them information and I did. In the attached documentation sent from Homes.com regarding this dispute, I have highlighted areas for the following response: 1. Customer is responsible for completing a request for information specifically what content they would like to have written. a. See Exhibit B 1-9 pages of content for my areas of interest, this information was provided within 2 days of purchase. b. See all attachments of showing how many attempts were made by myself to complete this. I constantly had to contact them they never reached out to me. (i.e. message from Kevin stating what update, proves they weren't doing their job.) I know that this type of work does not get done in a day or 2, that this can take time but when I contact Kevin for an update, meaning is there anything needed from me, and his response what update. Is disturbing. That from February 8 till February 19 nothing was done with the information that I sent and supposedly someone else was trying to reach me. Kevin never informed me I would be working with anyone else. Never provided me with that persons information so that I can contact them to see what else I need to do. Then the lack of that person not doing their job and following up with me. Is very upsetting. $1,599 is a lot of money and to pay for something and not get the work done in an appropriate amount of time. Then chase a company around to not get work done nor calls back. I am demanding my $1,599.

Stay away from any dealings with homes.com from building a website to having them maintaining the website. They make promises and drag you along...allowing you to just pay high fees every month, for nothing!! No leads, no customer service knowledge and always a different rep. They must have a high turnover rate or they just pass you along to someone else. Even dealing with the higher ups (VP's), they just string you along and waste time for you to pay theirs fees and say they will get back to you..they will look into it. What a joke!! Do not make the same mistake, I have done....Trust Homes.com website division.

Started off with a great intake call, was really excited for the service. After that it was all downhill from there. My rep Trisha C doesn't check in, and has no interest in the success of her clients. Over 6 months went by with only 1 check in! They take about getting 5 star reviews from our clients, yet provide 1 star service to us. Never would recommend, especially when I gave feedback and Trisha's response was terrible.

Berkshire Hathaway is not a company you want to trust with your # 1 investment. They are not trustworthy if you should write a contract with this company. They wrote a contract on my grandparents home, but came to closing with a totally different contract. Their clients worked for the government, so I guess they have entitlements to deviate from a legal agreement. DO NOT TRUST! Just another reason to not trust the government or this company.

This company makes big promises and is very short on delivery. Customer services is lacking and if you want to cancel you must cancel within 30 days of your expiration date. If you are a few days late they will resign you up for your previous contract and if it's a year well that's ok they will take you money and have another year of not providing results as long as they have your money that is all they care about. NO REFUNDS even if they are not providing the service provided. One star is really too many from these theives.

Took me three months to "CANCEL my ACCOUNT" in 2018. January of 2019 account was finally cancelled or so I thought! ONLY PART of the account was cancelled !!! $650 dollars over the last 12 months has been charged on my credit card. Shame on me for not catching this sooner, SHAME on Homes.com for NOT CANCELLING my entire account as per my 15 emails and three months of trying. Homes.com selectively cancelled and deceitfully charged for services I did not know I was paying for. Disputing every penny and am beyond upset I was taken advantage of in this way !!! Do the right thing Homes.com

Thank you for submitting feedback, Renata. We always strive to give our agents the best experience possible, and are sorry to hear that expectations were not met. It looks like you were informed on 1/8/19 that while one of your products was canceled, the other was still active. We regret you didn't find this information helpful, however, we'd love the opportunity to discuss best ways to make this right.

Biggest waste and loss of money that I have ever suffered on advertising. Broken promises and bad business. All lies with no results, I can go on and on but I hope that you get the idea and never make this mistake that I made. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE TO ADVERTISE AS AN AGENT, YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST THROW THAT MONEY IN THE TRASH, MAYBE YOU WILL GET A BETTER RETURN!

Oh my God stay away from this company. Don’t do it. You’ll waste your money and time like I did. It’s the worst company in real estate industry. They won’t let you quit your contract. You have to pay and pay and you won’t get anything back. I wish I didn’t make this decision and use my money for something else. Just stay away from this company. I so so so so so regret it.

As a Realtor, I am happy to have our listings advertised at no charge on Homes.com. Unfortunately, Homes.com does not remove most of our listings after they are leased, even after numerous requests to remove the listings. Even worse, prospective renters show up at our occupied homes at all times of the day. Obviously, our tenants are not pleased. We have been forced to post “no trespassing “ signs at these homes.

I signed up with them and was told by the selleing rep that it would be for 3 months and I could cancel if I need to but I thought after a month...NOPE. So I called and said I hadn't received one lead AT ALL. I live in VA and the lead was in GA. They said there was an issue and they would fix it. I changed my card number bc I wasn't going to pay for the 3rd month, but now they are tracking me for the payment. I don't want to go to collections but we will see.

Homes.com sold to me 23% of city sponsor package but I was not appearing 23% of the time. Unfortunately I didn’t check the bad reviews that they had online. My coworkers had the same problem with them. On the 3rd day of signing my contract with them I decided to cancel. They didn’t refund my money and didn’t answer my phone call nor emails of why. I sent at least 10 emails to 10 different people and no one answered. Do not sign anything with homes.com

From the beginning this company was problematic. I cancelled after finding out the leads they were sending me to the tune of $225 - they were sending to others. This is to say they were sending the exact same lead to others. Crazy. I cancelled, but they have been continuing to charge my account (after agreeing to cancel) this $225 for 3 more months. I just found this out.
