Customer Support

Contract Length

The minimum contract length when paying monthly for POS hardware or software is 12 months. If customers cancel before 12 months have passed, they must pay the remaining balance of the contract. After 12 months, the contract automatically becomes a rolling contract, but customers can cancel by giving 30 days notice.

License Fee

All fees are included in the monthly or upfront costs of the first year using Epos systems, but after that the company charges a $270 license fee for each device in use. However, customers with a standard or premium support plan do not pay an additional license fee.

After much research with the various system available on the market today, I elected to go with Epos Now as my POS system. I ordered the complete system about 45 days prior to my business being open. The customer service has been excellent, fast and great assistance in resolving all my questions during this implementation. I am finding the system is very versatile for various types of businesses. I receive weekly scheduled calls from the implementation team. I have not had any problems with getting things organized and setup in the system, very user friendly. There are various apps you can purchase if you choose to, but not all are necessary and some are free. The system really is a out of the box system. The company likes to hear how to improve and even has options for you to vote on various feature improvements and/or make suggestions of your own and they really act/respond to you about them. Great company and support team. I am glad to be part of it!
