It would be helpful for Crisp to include more details, so clients know exactly what they’re getting with Crisp’s services. 

Consumers who want to know more about Crisp will need to contact the company directly.

I think that the writing on the tickets could be bigger. It is hard to see which drinks are for which order and can get frustrating and chaotic when trying to move fast and get the lines moving. From Thirst

It is good. Occasionally it delays or doesn't work completely and is frustrating to have the technical difficulties for customers. I wish there were less of a delay on running cards.

I feel like it breaks very easily. We are always doing updates, but we make due with what we have. I think it is a great program though that makes business really easy!

Great system! With them being a new player in the POS space there have been some hiccups but I overall I have been very pleased as any problems that I have had they were quickly fixed.
