When I initially started services with Cooks the technician that they sent out was fantastic as he did everything that was placed in the contract as it matched what was on his work order. Well that tech was gone from the company after about a month of us starting a contract with Cooks. Since his departure every other tech we had has done a terrible job. We did have the branch manager come out and re do a job that a tech just didn't fully perform. Three months later we are back to techs not doing everything that is on the work order. If you are thinking of opening a contract with them I would advise that you look elsewhere.

I am going to change companies! I have a paper from Cooks for yesterday. First - I was home and busy and no idea they were here. 2- they put they got down all the spider webs NOT!! 3- I had told them to call me first so I could bring my dog inside(she is 15 and sick) said on paper they called, had my home number twice on that paper, did NOT call! 4- I don’t go off in my truck often but that night I need to go off and where did I find the bill, under my truck wiper facing the road! Said they spot treated my concrete but saw no wet places on the cracks. Said they were here 15 min. I’ve never seen them ever stay spraying that long. I have watched them before and there is no way they sprayed around my whole house and got webs down too! Add this to their reviews! Probably won’t ! Marcia Eades 21 Glenda Dr. SW Rome Ga. 30165

Terrible at refunding money that was paid in advance. We called to cxl service after our home went under contract and they serviced anyway. Would not return our money. They lost a really good customer over $99!! We used them for 4 yrs and always paid a year in advance. We're done!
