Manny was very professional and attentive to the tenants needs. He respected that she was sleeping after working all night and communicated with me throughout the process. I received pictures of what he had done, what to expect, suggestions and warnings about not going on the lawn for 2 hours. I really appreciated that. Thank you

The guy was very meticulous in doing the job. Despite being third visit, the bait boxes were empty and not filled during the last visit and as a result, there is a mouse in the backyard. Basement has numerous spiders which were shown to the service guy. Ants are still all around the premise and in the kitchen. Not satisfied by Aptive till date. The review is for overall service and not this visit.

Yazzi was very nice and offered to spray a particular plant that was showing evidence of bugs. Very attentive and did a thorough job. Cleaned all the windows and awnings, which is nice because my wife is deathly afraid of spiders.

Service was outstanding. I believe technician’s name is Pedro. This was most thorough service I can recall. We used Viking previously, and never had this level of service inside and outside the house. There were 2 dormant hornet/wasp nests, which he checked and removed. In addition, he was courteous and pleasant.

Greg came out today for my quarterly service and did a very thorough job. He was notified me when he would arrive, was polite and professional and just an overall positive energy! They definitely take care of any problem you have. They also take care of mosquitoes and voles which have been a huge problem but with there services I haven’t seen any and I can enjoy my yard now. I love that they treat for aphid and snails and I definitely see the difference in my flower garden, they look so beautiful! I recommend one hundred percent to anyone looking for pest control!

Every time I’ve had an aptive treatment the representative doing it has texted me to tell me that they will be on the property. this time. I got no notification of that when he got here and I was sitting in my living room, and I caught a glimpse of a man behind me through my window on my porch. After my dog was going nuts!

As per the home’s cameras…Arrival time 11:48am and was driving away by 12:05. The technician walked around the house twice Once to remove cobwebs and a second time to sprinkle something. In both instances, minimum effort was applied. I barely saw him do anything other than hold a cell phone in one hand and the pole in the other. You want me to pay for the service of someone doing a couple laps around my house. I’m not an expert but I’m not sure how that is limiting the insects from my property. Generally I am happy the service and the quality of the technician, but this was ridiculous!!!!

Sorry product with sorry business practices. Huge ripoff!! 100% do NOT recommend. You’d be better off buying a spray off of amazon and spraying your house yourself. Their sales rep initially said that I could try 1 service to see how it worked. Then when they showed up to do everything said I could only sign for a year contract. They have a $199 cancellation fee, so I was very hesitant about signing. But the sales person assured me that if the service wasn’t working, they wouldn’t charge it to me. They then did the service, removed spiderwebs, sprayed inside and outside. Gave me some cheap crappy fly catcher blue light plug in. I noticed their spray killed 1 roach, and made some outdoor spiders actually come inside the windows. The second time the came, they only sprayed outside. I tried their service for 2 months, mainly for the spiders. I still have tons of spiders and spiderwebs. I called to cancel, because $684 a year, or $57/month, is too much to spend on a service that doesn’t work, especially for a single mom… and of course, I had to pay $199 to cancel because their sales rep just spouted off a bunch of lies to get me to sign. Now I’m a single mom, out over $300, that still has a bunch of spiders.

Canceling my contract with this company. Used to be great but has gone downhill. A few months ago I took off from work to be there for service (to let them in our home), but the tech showed up and left saying he didn't have time and to just reschedule. I gave them another shot and again took off from work to let them in the house, but the tech came sprayed the outside and just left. When I complained the first time, I did not hear back from the company. The second time I called to complain, their solution was a $20 discount off of shot $300 worth of service charges. When I didn't even end up receiving service at all one of those times. Save your money and your time. Look elsewhere for service.

The first time we used them, we had an issue because there were yellow jackets swarming a part of the house that was higher up. We called they came back. Wonderful, really happy about their quick response to us. Then the 3rd visit I believe (today) they came and we noticed after they left a dent in the fence we have between us and our neighbor. Will be contacting customer service to send following pictures as well as footage.

Very disappointed nothing could be done about wasps entering home under 2nd floor eaves under roof, Viking had sprays powerful enough to reach from ground, (?!) so now I have to go up on a ladder to spray wasphornet store bought spray on my own or call Viking, also complained about high # of yellow jackets tech said he’d hang a few traps when heleft he texted me sorry he only had one left Not quite the service I was promised when I initially approved contract

Different technician than earlier visits said they did not treat under eaves using the extension pole since no cobwebs were visible. Ant mounds in the lawn were not damp with pesticide like the ones near the foundation. Dog toys were not moved from the treatment zone. I should have done this myself but only saw them in the photos. In and out in 20 minutes for a 1 acre property with basement spray seems too fast for almost $200. Previous technician took 30 to 40 minutes. Must say we do see less bugs and ants in the house.
