He also recommended adding 3 more bait boxes and increasing my service to monthly (at no extra charge) vs. quarterly since he noticed more rodent activity from his last visit. He unfortunately didn't have extra bait boxes so was unable to provide this service today. Assuming the additional services are inclusive in the quarterly charge, please adjust to monthly servicing.

Ok, you employee showed up on time. He came in to the screened porche, sprayed and set-up traps for the stink bugs and went under the porche and sprayed there too. The employee even went around the house and treated the entire outside and with long brush removed all spider webs. This is what I call outstanding service. 1/16/20 We had a rat problem in the walls of the house. The tech who came out was great. (don't know her name. The Hyperlink to the review for her is broken) She sized up the situation and took quick action. Because of the structure of the house the location she had to get to was very difficult. It was a pleasure meeting Shawn. He rang the bell to let me know that he'd be walking around the house doing the treatment which I greatly appreciated since I forgot Aptive was coming. He took the time to explain to me that while they didn't "spray" when it was so cold out they did put something inside the siding (can't remember exactly how he described it) to deter pests. He was pleasant and patient in explaining things then did his work efficiently and departed. There need to be more Shawn's out there in the service world.

I would of given you a 5 but your company has missed my tri semester service TWO times ( one of which just happened this year). I noticed an over abundance of spiders and spider webs, eggs sacs, food droppings, etc. in my garage and in my backyard last month. I called your co. and my records showed that you were last out here in July 2019 and 4 months had already passed. The other time you skipped my service was in 2017. I hope you don't skip my service again as its twice as much work for both you and I. Thank you. I want to give a 5 star to the representative Brandon who came out here. Tim was extremely professional and thorough during the service visit at our house. He was knowledgeable and explained the chemicals that he was using inside and outside our house and why those were being used. Tim also reminded us not to let our dog outside for at least 20-30 minutes after he departed to let the chemicals outside properly dry before the dog went on the grass and outside areas. I would highly recommend.

I called Aptive Environmental to come out between services bc I saw scorpions on the porch. They came out the very next day. Stephen did an outstanding job spraying and treating everything, even the whole back yard! I couldn't be happier with the service. He explained what he did and precocion we should take with our puppy before treated area is safe. I'm very happy with the service!

Sam was very efficient laying traps and identifying/closing vulnerabilities in the house, both internally and externally. Sam explained everything throughout the process and showed us pictures of the issues that need to be addressed to prevent future problems. Sam was very professional and seemed trustworthy. It has been less than a week, but we have seen no new activity since. I definitely trust these guys.

A friend referred me to Active Environmental and it has been an all around positive experience. An appointment was scheduled and Jose arrived right on time. I told him I had issues of sugar ants in my kitchen and mice in my basement. What I thought were mice were actually baby rats! There was a large dead rat on the floor that he promptly removed. Jose was respectful, polite and knowledgable. I believe I am in good hands with Active Environmental.

Leslie G has once again done an excellent job not only at the task at hand but also, and more importantly, at his effort to educate my family about alternatives for the control of carpenter bees I could implement myself to complement with what he was already doing to help us out. Not only does he provide a thorough, well-animated explanation of the services performed and to be performed, Tim went out of his way to take care of eliminating a few hidden hornet nests. I have children and pets and this has been a concern of mine if they would be stung. I reccomend Mr. C and Aptive Environmental's services!

Aptive has given my family "Great Service" for over 2 yrs now . There customer service has been "Awesome" . The service men are on time the call 30 to an hour before they arrive (which is a BIG PLUS for me ) they come prepared for any services you need done. I have been very pleased with the Aptive Environmental service. My ant and spider problems are greatly reduced due to the treatment around the house foundation, crack and crevice treatment by doors, windows, vents, and spraying problem areas around the home and further out due to the company’s agricultural license. My technician today was Kina A and she was a five star plus! She came well prepared to work and did a thorough job. Kina knew what my needs were and made a great effort to get things taken care. All she cared about was to make sure the job was done right. She is the kind of technician you want to represent you out there because she is a deligent worker. The experience I had with first two techician left me quite disappointed and made me feel this program was not worth it. But Kina gave me hope because she delivered very well on behalf of Aptive and kudos to her.

All Service Technicians have been great and have done a thorough job to the best of their abilities. Only issue I have is with corporate requiring their technicians to perform service regardless of the weather situations. We asked the service technician to return after rain & thunderstorm stopped & he complied. However, he returned 5 minutes later with orders from the office to perform their duties regardless of the weather conditions. This management decision: 1) put the service technician at risk 2) Increased potential for washing away any chemicals that he would be applying. 3) Could not properly treat for fire/red ant beds since they were not visible in the pouring rain As a customer, we should have a voice regarding conditions during application and we are concerned with the safety of the service technician while they are on our property.

Received advanced notice (I need it to leave my patio door unlocked ) He called when on the way. I saw him do the two things I requested, my screened patio and the eaves. I like these guys. Technicians are great. Whatever they use , I have seen zero bugs in my house or even on the screened patio. I don’t even need inside treatment! Their spray is also safe for our cat and does not harm the lizards. I highly recommend.

Wesly did a fantastic job spraying the exterior foundation of the house, all windows outside and deck for bee activity. Inside he sprayed all of our interior baseboards for ants, applied a gourmet ant bait, installed six glue board trap bait with rat poison, installed a snap trap in kitchen + basement and granulated front and back yard for fleas and ticks and installed a rodent bait station in back yard - All of this at no charge as we are already on the annual plan but have been having some unexpected "visitors" come recently. Great job and very thorough.

Juan preformed our quarterly service this morning. Very professional. He knocked down all the spiderwebs. There were quite a few out there. The porch looks so much better! This is our second treatment. We had the power spray treatment and crack and crevice treatment. We noticed the spider population was pretty much gone after the very first treatment. I explained that occasionally we would see a spider inside the house. He said he would treat all the entrances to our home, and that if any more were noted, we should call for a return visit for indoor application.

Every service I've received from Aptive technicians has been excellent; my last service representative, Dindial, was superb. He listened to my description of current pest issues and then addressed each and everyone. He pointed out things for me to change to improve pest control including sections of my patio furniture where spiders love to hide. The tech arrived on the day promised. He asked if we had any problems inside and then completed his spraying. When I asked him for glue boxes for the garage he said that he did not have any with him. You should supply him with enough to service all of his customers. These boards catch all the bugs that enter when the weather turns cold. Now I have to go and buy them. This is not his fault.

Aptive environmental needs to improve communication with technicians. I had a 1-4 appointment. At 4:00 I called the office to tell them the technician had not arrived and that I was leaving the house and the technician had full access to the exterior of the house. The office said they would notify the tech. We arrived home at 6:45 and the technician just arrived saying he had been calling us to begin the treatment. He said the office had not notified him that we were leaving and he had access to the house. I'm not sure how he did the treatment because it was pretty dark when he was doing the treatment.

I have been using Aptive for a year now and am pretty happy with the service so far. For pest control, when there isn't really obvious problem that needed attention, sometimes you wonder whether the quarterly service is really needed. In my case, I happened to have a yellow jacket nest in the siding in the back of my house. Aptive does a very job taking care of it, even though it took more than 1 attempts. In the first attempt, they put some powder on it using a long pole. It didn't really work. In the second time, the technician Steve climbed up the ladder (without a bee suit!) and took care it carefully and did a very good job. I am pretty sure this time it will work. And if still needs work, I am confident Aptive will take care of the problem until it's fully resolved.

After 20 years of pest control, I made a mistake when I discontinued my service with Aptive. I thought I could spray myself. After seeing insects in my kitchen, I bought traps and bags of insecticids. Yet after about 3 months and an increase in spiders, etc., I realized I needed my Aptive service back. The tech who came out was informative and thorough. I feel so comfortable knowing I can take th ed poisonous traps out of my kitchen.

I especially appreciate the attention and care that DeAnte Richard (the usual technician) takes to ensure that I have all the treatments that I need to control the spiders, mice, crickets, centipedes and other pesky critters in and around my house. May increase Aptive score to 5 stars, but I have been with them less than a month. We had a contract with them a couple years ago, and I stopped because I didn't think I needed the quarterly service. Well, the roaches gradually started appearing, and I was having my former exterminator come again and again, and the spray was leaving that awful smell. So I decided to try going back to Aptive. In spite of the fact that we have a huge tropical storm start that night, the roaches decreased. Then after a few days they increased some, probably because the storm washed away some of the outside treatment. They came right out and repeated the outdoor treatment at no cost. I love that most of the time they only need to treat outdoors, not indoors. I love that on my first treatment, they agreed to treat indoors at no extra cost and it left no smell at all. So far I'm very pleased and happy with Aptive. The service people are all positive and agreeable. Excellent!

James our Technician did a great job when he serviced my house on September 11. We are near Creve Coeur lake and have spiders real bad. He cleaned out the spider webs on the gutters and overhangs. Sprayed around the perimeter of the house. Checked out the yard with special attention to the mulch bed around the foundation. He definitely deserves the bonus...………..
