CashNetUSA is an online payday loan lender with services available in 29 states across the United States.

It offers payday advance loans, installment loans, lines of credit, and some brokered loans to borrowers with less-than-perfect credit that are in need of short-term financial assistance.

The company has been operating since 2005 and used to be owned by Cash America before becoming an independent company. It operates as a direct lender, except in Texas.

Customers are serviced through their CashNetUSA account via the website and the CashNetUSA app. This short-term lender does not operate storefront locations.

The CashNetUSA application process does not require a credit check with the main three credit reporting bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). This means that your FICO credit score will not be affected just by applying.

Loan repayment is not reported to the big three credit bureaus. Instead, the lender uses alternative credit reporting agencies for inquiries and reporting, as customers repay the loan.

The Good

  • Loan Options
  • Quick and Easy Application
  • Funding Time
  • Online Security Center

Loan Options

CashNetUSA offers loans to consumers with bad credit.

These include several different types of loans according to each state's laws and policies, including payday loans (also known as cash advances), installment loans, lines of credit or flex loans, and brokered loans in a few states where they cannot lend money directly.

CashNetUSA's lending services are available in 29 states (see list below) and it provides detailed information about loan limits, interest rates, repayment, and other funding policies for each state.

The maximum borrowing amounts range from as little as $205 to $2,250. Interest rates vary, but fall into a range between as little as 86.9% and as much as 1171.88% APR.

For most payday loans, the full amount is due to be repaid on the date of the next payday that falls between eight and 30 days, though that range will vary depending on the state.

If the next payday falls outside of the state's specified range, repayment is generally due in 14 days. Some states allow for payment plan extensions, while others do not.

If you get an installment loan (also referred to as a personal loan, or personal installment loan), payments are monthly or bi-monthly. Payments on lines of credit are made according to the frequency of your paychecks.

Any associated late fees, insufficient funds fees, and other fee amounts are listed on the Rates & Terms page for each state.

Quick and Easy Application

CashNetUSA only offers online loans; hence, you have to apply online.

Applicants generally receive an instant lending decision, though some customers may be required to submit additional information for verification, or may not be eligible for instant approval. In order to complete the loan application, you must meet several basic requirements:

  • be 18 years old or older
  • have a regular, verifiable source of income and make at least $1,000 per month
  • have an active checking account
  • be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Not everyone can be approved. Approval decisions are based on your personal financial information and CashNet's underwriting rules.

Funding Time

After being approved, how long does it take for a borrower to receive their funds?

If your application is approved by 10:30 AM CT, Monday–Friday, in most cases, your money is deposited by the end of the day. So, same-day funding is available, but your loan request has to be completed and approved by 10:30 AM.

If your application is approved on a weekday, but after 10:30 AM, funds will be deposited the next business day.

If your application is approved after 10:30 AM on a Friday, your funds will be deposited into your checking account on Monday.

Online Security Center

CashNetUSA provides customers with an online security center detailing the protective measures on their website. Advice about how customers can protect their personal information, how to detect fraud, and how to report fraud are available.

Additionally, the site offers alerts for fraudulent loan approval and confirmation letters being sent out with CashNetUSA's name and information.

CashNetUSA advertises 24/7 customer service and provides customers with several contact methods, including:

  • multiple phone numbers for different departments
  • multiple email addresses for different departments
  • physical mailing address
  • fax number
  • live chat

Not many payday lenders offer consumers this much accessibility.

The Bad

  • Negative Reviews
  • Availability
  • High Interest Rates

Negative Reviews

Most of the complaints and negative reviews of CashNetUSA are regarding a scam operation taking place in their name and detail the variety of scare tactics the scam artists have used.

However, there are also some negative customer service reviews and reports that some of the assertions made on the CashNetUSA website are not as good as they seem.

Some customers claim that although certain rates or terms are advertised, the conditions are not fully disclosed and the actual practices are not as beneficial to the customers as they may seem.

CashNetUSA also apparently offers some promotions or discounts, but applying the coupon codes can be difficult.

Availability

As an online lender, CashNetUSA offers payday loan services across the U.S., but it should be noted that its services are not available in all states.

On top of that, any rates and fees will be different and totally dependent on where you reside, as well as your creditworthiness.

High Interest Rates

CashNetUSA is a loan company. It offers to fund people that don't have access to mainstream credit.

Due to this, CashNetUSA loans aren't cheap, and shouldn't be considered as a long-term financial solution.

Interest rates are high. CashNet breaks out extensive state-specific details on its website regarding available loan options, regulations, loan fees, late fees, and extension options.

APR rates in available states are listed below.

  • Alabama: 228.13-638.75% APR
  • Alaska: 166.86-521.43% APR
  • California: 207.81-805.28% APR
  • Delaware (Installment Loan): 89-449%
  • Florida: 176.61-684.38% APR
  • Hawaii: 201.32-805.28% APR
  • Idaho (Line of Credit): 299% APR
  • Illinois (Installment/Payday Loan): 205-415% APR
  • Kansas (Line of Credit): 299% APR
  • Louisiana: 182.5-912.5% APR
  • Maine: 78.21-684.38%
  • Michigan: 150.1-706.73%
  • Minnesota: 90.38%-547.5%
  • Mississippi (Installment Loan): 249-299%
  • Missouri (Installment Loan): 89-449%
  • Nevada: 260.71-1140.63%
  • New Mexico (Installment Loan): 89-175%
  • North Dakota: 243.33-486.67%
  • Ohio: 291.96-1171.88%
  • Oklahoma: 136.53-434.07%
  • Oregon: 140.26-153.77%
  • Rhode Island: 260.71-1140.63%
  • South Carolina (Line of Credit): 325%
  • Tennessee (Flex Loan): 275.85%
  • Texas: 664.17-662.27%
  • Utah (Line of Credit): 299%
  • Virginia (Line of Credit): 299%
  • Wisconsin (Installment Loan): 89-449%
  • Wyoming: 235.43-235.55%

Each state has different rules and regulations regarding loan amounts, loan terms, and finance charges, and processing fees. Due to this, not all states can offer payday-type loans. When not available, other states offer short-term loans, or installment loans.

As mentioned above, some states will allow you to apply to extend or defer payments. The lender asks that customers contact customer service at least two business days before a payment is due to see if you are eligible to apply for deferment.

Also, as with all payday loan companies, interest rates, and fees will always be high and customers will end up having to pay much more than the principal loan amount. Customers should be prepared to carefully read the terms of your loan offer before signing.

The Bottom Line

CashNetUSA is a short-term lending company that primarily issues payday loans to consumers with bad credit and other credit score difficulties. Services are available in 29 states and funding types, as well as the specific loan limits, interest rates, repayment terms, and additional fees, vary according to each state's laws.

Although the loan limits have a wide range, CashNetUSA most often offers payday loans of between $300 and $500 and the loans are typically repaid on the next payday within 30 days.

Interest rates vary widely from state to state, but are generally high, as is normal for short-term loan sites like CashNetUSA. Several reliable contact channels for reaching customer service are offered, including a live chat.

Potential customers should be aware that this is not a long-term financial solution. Rates and terms will vary according to your location and situation, and customers should plan on reviewing the terms of their prospective loan very carefully before they agree to borrow.

They mine as well go on & send it to collections. The daily rate keeps raising & I've already paid well over what I borrowed & I never seem to reach a bottom line. Whatever happens regarding this loan just happens 🤷‍♀️. these people are not going harass & bully me. Whatever legalities they need to take, they can go ahead & take. I'm not talking to these about anything.

Here's the deal.. you should never, ever, ever ever, take out one of these loans unless you know you can repay it in the original time frame specified. Even then, I would only take out a loan like this if I could pay it off in total before the first installment was due. I found myself in a really unusual situation. I haven't had to use a service like this before, but being able to get my hands on money immediately let me make some financial moves I wouldn't have been able to make otherwise. I made the transaction knowing that I'd be able to pay off the loan amount in total before the first installment. I actually paid my loan off today. Of course the interest rates are outrageous. Of course the penalties are outrageous. They're dealing with a segment of society who can't get funding otherwise, and that's a high risk endeavor. I didn't take advantage of it, but when I called to pay off my loan I heard that they offer the option to restructure, refinance, or even change the due date of your payments. That's pretty flexible for one of these types of services. If you think you can take out one of these loans and treat it the same way you've treated other debt in your life, you're wrong. If you don't take care of this, it will bury you. For one of these types of companies they're probably five star, but I took off a star just for the inherent nature of these transactions. It's expensive to borrow money when you have little or no credit. That's just the way it is.

OKAY. So here's a honest, straight forward, no BS review. NO I'm not a robot or paid to review. I'm typing this review because of the amount of cry baby customers in these reviews I'm reading. Let me tell you something so before you apply, you have a clue. This loan company, *****DOES NOT REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU NOR DETERMINE YOUR LOAN OFF SCORE***** Do you know what that means? That means that this loan company is LENDING you money because: A.) Your credit sucks and you can't get a credit card B.) You have no credit and you need cash now C.) You're a horrible spender when it comes to money. Instead of applying for a quick loan and getting pissed off at the interest rates and fee's, get a secured card, make a deposit and build your credit Back up then guess what? You get a beautiful credit Card with beautiful interest and amazing no fee conditions because the bank see's you as a financially responsible person! BUT some of you who are complaining about this loan company that yes! They have high fee's, they require strict rules because the people that are Applying? They already KNOW your credit is bad. They already KNOW you suck at spending money. If it bothers you so much, stop complaining and go get your score fixed up to get a pretty nice American Express card. Until you do that? You get high interest/high APR's Extreme late fee's and more! Until you show the corporate banks you can handle money, You will be on a tight leash. That being said, I personally love this loan company. Yeah my credit sucks ass, do I complain? Uh, no. I'm fixing it and I come to cash net when I need $100.00-$200.00 last minute and they're there for me! AND I pay it off quickly to avoid any fee's. Hence, being financially responsible. If you can handle that, you can apply and have a great experience. If not, stop crying and go fix your credit first. That is all.

Cashnet USA use to be a really good company to take out a pay day loan from. I have dealt with this company for several years, since 2017. Now, its more like a loan shark company, higher rates, they no longer offer you the opportunity to pay off the loan in a short time. They have extended time frames making it more expensive and giving the company more time to gouge, and add compound interests and fees. Its no longer worth it.

I had never heard of CashNetUSA until I received a collections notice on my credit report through Plaza Services. I called CashNet to find out why they were reporting me to collections when I had never had an account with them. They put my name and last four of my social security number into their system and then said they couldn’t discuss the account with me. The social didn’t match! They legally can’t tell you anything at that point. They said if I believed it was fraud I could submit a police report. I chose to dispute it with TransUnion who rejected it. I now sent a police report and still haven’t heard a word from them. They said they’d get back to me a week ago and now are asking for more information. They now want my photo ID, which seems like a stupid thing to give them at this point. I filed a police report! Why would I do that? Why would my social not match? I don’t know what they use to give out cash, but they aren’t verifying information.

I immediately ended the process before the loan was ever placed and here's why. The person processing it stated because I had low credit score, I needed loan insurance (never heard of that but could be legit). So he tells me that they will pay for the insurance on the loan but they would send me the money to send BACK to the insurance company VIA CASHAPP.....1ST RED FLAG, 2ND RED FLAGwas when they proceeded to ask if I banked mobile and had a bank app...I said yes....3rd and FINAL RED FLAG was when he said to me "in order to process the one time verification for the insurance on the loan, they needed my PERSONAL USER NAME CREDENTIALS TO MY MOBILE BANKING APP....why would ANY COMPANY EVER NEED THAT in order to process the payment?? I told him to cancel it and reported the activity to my bank.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are shady asf. Setup a new loan yesterday throughout the entire process I stated I get paid monthly only and they stated only making a monthly payment. I look at the payment schedule and it's all down as bi-weekly with the first payment due in a couple of days and I never even received the deposit yet on top of that. I contacted them about the issue and they said it will be changed it a few billing cycles and that I set it up that way.....now why in the heck would I set myself up for failure to do bi-weekly payments when I know for a fact I only get paid monthly....so I know that was a lie.....secondly they were going to just let all the late charges and payments pile up while they are correcting their mistakes.....I CANCELED THE LOAN IMMEDIATELY......EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO THE SAME.......DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SHADY ASF....YOU AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL REGRET IT

I would never ever borrow money from this company again. These guys took an extra payment out of my bank account by mistake and then said sorry but there’s nothing they can do about it because it already had been processed. Wow 😮 and they still expect me to pay my scheduled payments on time.

Never go for such high interest loan, specifically CashNetusa. Customer service is bad as they give you wrong pay off amount when u contact them. Actual pay amount is given by automatic system and online is correct , but amount given by customer representative would be much higher.Means customer service representative try to rob you by charging extra pay off amount.

My association with this company has been a lukewarm one. The most recent incident that has turned me off was a chat to a customer service rep. this past week about my inability to confirm an extension with a partial payment. I tried various browsers and I tried again at work because sometimes I can access the site better at work. I don't know why. I kept getting an error when I clicked the "next button". The site would say "Failure to render page" . So when I got this error again at work, I opened up the customer service chat page. I have to watch the phones at work so chat was my only option. I explained the situation to the customer service representative and she told me that I had to make a partial payment and then extend the loan. I had extended the loan and then made a partial payment which did not bring the balance down at all. She cancelled that and I went and made a partial payment and extended the loan as instructed. However after chat was done, I realized that the balance was still not the amount I had wanted so I did another partial payment until it got to $100 which was what I wanted. Then, yesterday afternoon, I discovered an e-mail stating that partial payments are not permitted with an extension and they would be withdrawing the balance of $258 on top of the $100 I was expecting. It was too late to talk to anyone at the company because their customer service office was closed so I had to go to my bank and under the advice of the banking specialist, I had my account frozen. Now I've had to send messages to the other legitimate pending bills explaining why they are not able to get their money and I have to go through the trouble of getting a new account because Cash Net USA's customer service representative advised me incorrectly.

This is not a loan company that are loan sharks!!!! They would not give me a payment schedule, when I got a $2500 only to be paying $459 + a month for 60 months with no early payoff. This is a freaking rip off and I wish I never heard of them.

CashNet is a ripoff and a scam they are nothing but long sharks. I borrowed $1,000 from them. I have been paying over a year they still say I owe over $1,003. I called them and asked them why. They said I have been paying interest all of my money I have been paying them goes to interest. I said how much interest do you charge. 297% interest. And $7 a day interest compounded daily. That means Monday you owe $7 Tuesday you owe $24 Wednesday you owe $48 Thursday you owe $106 Friday you owe $212.. I recorded their conversations I'm currently in the process of suing them

I had a great experience with CashNet until I became disabled and was no longer able to work. I followed the steps my contract outlined by calling to speak to an agent about rescheduling my payments and applying for hardship relief, but I have been jerked around ever since. They took a payment even after I rescheduled it which overdrew my account, every agent I speak to has a different story about what the notes on my account are, they have told me repeatedly there is no way to escalate to a manager and I have to wait 48hrs for a manaer to call me and if I miss the call, too bad I have to call and start the whole process over and wait another 48 hours. They won't let me change my payment information to a bank that has overdraft protection in case this happens again, and they said there is a hardship relief program but they won't let me apply. I am getting zero help or understanding from them at all. If you're 100% sure you won't lose your job or become disabled, go for it. They'll treat you great until that happens and then they'll start messing you around.

This company is a scam. The application process was easy and I got my 2000 dollar loan in 3 days which was great but I thought it was odd because when I asked about the payment schedule they went around the question. So I went on the website and log in to see what my payments were go be like. These crooks were setting me up to pay 300 dollars every 2 weeks for the next 2 years. I called customer service because it's obviously a mistake but no they verified it I cursed them out and gave them the money back immediately. Have to pay 425 dollars in interest and I only had the money for a week. I want this placed burned and shut down.

CROOKS!!! A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Do not do business with these "people." I got a loans years ago and forgot about it. When I was contacted about it, I made arrangements and paid it off. Two years later, I get contacted again by an attorney telling me that they have a file with my name on it for an unpaid CashNet loan. I explained to him that I paid it and they had no record of that so I went through the lawyer's office and paid it AGAIN. Low and behold, years later, I'm being contacted again about this loan that was paid in full. They are crooks giving different collection agencies my information to see if they can get more money. They will not get another penny out of me. I paid that stupid loan and it would've been over 11 years when I got it in the first place. These people are so ridiculous! If you need a loan that bad, go somewhere else!!!!! If I could give them a -5, I would.

They are fraudulent and the truest definition of loan sharks. With a 325% interest rate, you'll never ever pay your debt to them. You can make a payment towards your balance and they apply it to the ridiculous interest even if you want to put it towards the principal. Poor people in a bind look towards these kinds of companies for quick money but it is NOT worth dealing with. You'll be in an endless circle of debt that you'll never get out of. I paid $400 towards my line of credit and my balance went UP. At that point, im the fool for even signing the contract. This is a warning. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET A LOAN. CASHNET IS FRAUDULENT AND EXISTS ONLY TO KEEP YOU IN DEBT. I DO NOT WANT A REPLY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY EITHER. I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED FOR GOOD.

if I could give zero as an option I absolutely would! this company is horrible. I called in to pay off and asked for a payoff balance and she gave me the balance I could see on the account I have, I explained no I was looking for the payoff amount the principal balance and I was told they couldn't release that info to me. once I stated I would have a lawyer friend look over all of it and what was stated to me then I was told " let me see what I can do". At that point they all of a sudden was able to give me a principal amount but it showed I had only basically paid 3.89 towards principal after 8 payments!! i will never use this company again moving forward i will stick to private loans if i ever need one again

I wish there was class action against this company as I borrowed $1700 in Oct and have been paying $122 every 2 wks($244) and now I’m ready to pay remainder and they say I owe $1689. Omg I’m so infuriated with this company as all my hard earn money is going towards interest only. Don’t ever use them as they are not to help you rather harm you by keeping you in debt as many need it for funeral, rent, medication and/or other emergencies but they show no concern or empathy which is not a company I would want my enemy to use as this is robbery, bait/switch method, family impact. Don’t ever ever ever take out Liam with them unless you want yo give away your hard earn money. Period

My father who is elderly and on a fixed income got a loan from this company. He was mislead to believe he would repay the loan in 6 payments and low and behold he was charged 699.00 679.00 526.00 and 324.00 and when I called and asked what was going on because he now has lost house and his truck from not being able to pay the lady told me 100 goes to the loan and the remainder of the 699.00 went to interest what?? Yep 325 percent interest rate when I asked why or how is this allowed she replied with we can't deny people credit due to lack of funds ??!! So instead you let elderly people lose their homes cars and go without eating? U am trying to see if I can pursue legal actions and am now encouraging my dad to claim bankruptcy to save what little he had very sad and disappointed they need to me more clear or they should be shut down

Crooked company. My daughter got a $1,300 line of credit and did it without consulting her parents. This was her first time doing such a thing. We found out yesterday that they are charging her a 299% APR. I didn’t miss the decimal point. That is the amount they are charging her. We have been trying to call them since yesterday. 6 times to be exact. Each time on hold for 45 min or longer. They never answer their phone. I’m going to be reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent lending practices. They should be arrested for the scam they are running. Btw, I think most of those positive reviews are not real. The only reason they got a star was because I had to pick it in order to submit my review

CashNetUSA debited an unauthorized amount of $80.00 from my checking account on July 18, 2016. I called CashNetUSA to update my pay day scheduled prior to this unauthorized debit. On July 19, 2016 my husband who is a "Disabled Veteran" and I also spoke with a "Supervisor" named "Trenton B." (He would not give us his last name), did not apologize for this but reluctantly refunded the $80.00 back to our "Joint Checking Account". "Trenton B." told me and my husband that going forward these unauthorized debits would not happen again. Also that I needed to call CashNetUSA to remind them not to debit any monies for the balance owed until my next scheduled pay period which was July 25, 2016 and August 11, 2016 with the final debit for the remaining balance on September 3, 2016 due to the "Labor Day" holiday which falls on September 5, 2016. On July 25, 2016, CashNetUSA debited $80.00. I called CashNetUSA on July 30, 2016 and July 31, 2016 to remind them that my next scheduled pay day was August 11, 2016. I was told that they had my updated pay day and they would debit $80.00 on August 11, 2016 which they did. My balance was $102.08 after the debit. But my account showed that my next debit due date was August 15, 2016 instead of August 22, 2016. On August 15, 2016 CashNetUSA debited my account in the amount $90.00 which caused our checking account to be "Overdrawn" by the amount of ($92.41). I called CashNetUSA on August 15, 2016 to advise them of the "Unauthorized" debit of $90.00. The "Customer Reps" told me they had no record of me sending them my updated pay scheduled. I ask to speak to a "Supervisor" and she also told me that there was no record of my updated pay period that I sent to them via email on Julu19, 2016. But I have a return email from "Trenton B." the first "Supervisor" that I spoke with on July 19, 2016 acknowledging he had received my updated pay dates. The "Supervisor" said that it was nothing they can do about the "Unauthorized" debit because per CashNetUSA it was scheduled for August 15, 2016 instead of August 22, 2016. My current is $12.08. But we have been caused great financial harm and our checking account could be closed because of this "Unauthorized" debit. I want all "Consumers" in the United States that have seen the commercials on TV or the internet regarding the ease of borrowing money from CashNetUSA, DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY! They use fraudulent business practices to us the "Consumers" that reside in United States. I believe because we are near the end of paying this deceptive, deceitful business called "CashNetUSA" they want to drag this out by using the above described unsavory business practices to keep in an endless web of "Emotional Distress" and "Financial Hardship". We have found the hard way. Do Not Use this company or any other "Pay Day Loan" company to borrow money from. This may happen to you.

The interest fees… if after the payments have been paid on time every time I think something should be done to lower the interest rates along the timeline of the loan. Reward the good standing customer. I haven’t taken any money out in five months because of that interest. It’s insane.

I don;t know if David B works for CashNet YSA or not but I had good hopes of getting a loan. He was going to give me a $10,000 loan with $733 payments each month for 15 months which was great. But when he wanted me to send 1000 to an insurance company but he would send me the 1000 but he needed my password and user name to my bank account then I knew he was a jerk. I needed that loan so bad and it was so good until he asked for that.

This is the WORST company to borrow money from. They take advantage of people's hardship and char exorbitant amounts of interest and fees. For a 1500 loan, your payment will be $350.00. When you make payments, your loan balance goes down very little. For a $1479.00 payoff, they tacked on additional money taking it to $1879.00. That is ridiculous. I would AVOID this company at all cost. They have no care or compassion for their customers. They are a complete ripoff. I discourage ANYONE from doing business with them.

CashNetUSA is a huge joke. Stay far far away. I was a sucker that fell for it. They loaned me $325. Not exactly knowing how it worked I left the monthly payments go over 9 months. And for borrowing $325 I had to pay back a total of $1,600. The interest rate in Illinois must be 500% if you need a little cash. Borrow from a friend. Borrow from a relative. Borrow from your boss. But if you go with this company you might as well bend over

they aren't upfront and transparent. the resolution or a dispute take days. the skip automatic withdrawals just to tack up more fees. i borrowed $800 and now i have already paid $1200 and still owe $300. You pay more in fees than actual interest and principle. I question the legality of this service. I more than willing to start a class action lawsuit. you be better off to be late on a payment.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would!! Biggest RIP off!!!! They say you can pay off your balance early and as fast as you want in order to pay less in interest but... it's all lies. They will just put twice as much interest on your loan so you never get out fron under it. I had a 1100$ balance and wanted to pay 700 off now and the rest off in 2 weeks and now I still have almost a 900$ balance!! How?!? Thess guys are the worst. I knew their interest was high but to add in an extra 400+ in interest just because I made a payment??

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Do NOT take a loan from them. We borrowed money when we were in a tight spot but paid them back what we owed plus the crazy interest, they said we were done with our loan. Fast forward a month later and now they are taking money from our account again.. first it was the weekly amount that we had owed before and now it’s hundreds of dollars (647) to be exact! We are furious and cannot get ahold of anyone. We have blocked them from making transactions through our account and the bank is refunding the money. The next step will be contacting a lawyer.

They offered me a chance to refi and pull more money out. I filled out the request and was approved within an hour. I checked to days later and was told the loan is on hold, but approved. Couple days later I was told I needed to sign a new contract and it would fund the same day. Still nothing. Two days later again sign a new contract. Well now I’m almost three weeks in and heard nothing. I don’t even want the money now. Be aware unprofessional stay far away

I took our a loan with Cashnetusa for 1000 dollars. Right off the company added 200, extra in fees. The first monthly payment was over 300.00 dollars, I called to inquire about monthly payments and I was given some lame excuse about the loan was a revolving credit, and interest was charged daily, when I asked what was the daily rate I never got an answer. I have already paid this company 1500.00 and still owe 700.00. I can't wait to rid myself of this shady company. Bad decision on my part. If you can avoid this company please do so.

Please, new customer do not take their service. They will screw you so hard. They keep increasing outstanding balance in every 8 hours. I've never seen a online robber like them. I took line of credit $800 and end up paying $1540 in less than 20 days. There are other lenders out there, try for them.

Was approved for small loan, when reviewing the bank info for my fund transfer I noticed the account number was wrong. After calling to have it fixed I was told the application will be withdrawn and I would need to go through the process again. Oh but guess what we will just deny you now and keep your updated bank info.

Taking advantage of people in desperate financial situations and slapping 389.9% interest on them is inhumane! No matter how desperate you are there are other solutions. Worst 12 months of payments in my life.
