Three Levels of Estate Planning

Trust & Will understands that estate plans are different for every client. There is no one size fits all. That’s why the company offers three different options to help clients get a personalized plan that fits their unique life situation.

The Guardian Plan is an ideal option for clients who want to appoint a guardian for their children but aren’t ready or don’t want to draft a full estate plan.

At just $39, clients can appoint a guardian and then review, download, and sign a customized state-specific legal document.

Trust & Will clients can easily create a state-specific and legally valid will in as little as 10 minutes. The Will-Based Estate Plan includes the following documents:

  • Last Will and Testament — Includes the client’s final wishes for any personal possessions, dependents, and arrangements.
  • HIPAA Authorization — Authorizes trusted individuals to receive protected health information for specified purposes.
  • Living Will — Specify preferences for healthcare and medical treatment in the event that the client cannot make decisions.

The Will-Based Estate plan costs $69 and clients can include a plan for their spouse for $60 more.

The Trust-Based Estate Plan allows clients to avoid probate court and seamlessly pass assets to their beneficiaries. Clients can create a Living Trust in as little as 15 minutes and the plan includes all of the following documents:

  • Revocable Living Trust — The central hub of an estate plan with provisions for the management, control, and distribution of any assets during life and after death.
  • Schedule of Assets — A listing of assets that are in the Trust and subject to the provisions of the Trust.
  • Pour Over Will — Final wishes for the dependents and arrangements with specific references to the details outlined in the Trust.
  • HIPAA Authorization — Authorize trusted individuals to receive protected health information for specified purposes.
  • Living Will — Specify preferences for medical treatment and healthcare to be used as guidance if the client is unable to make decisions.

The Trust-Based Estate Plan costs $399, but clients can include a trust for their spouse for $100 more.

Both the Will-Based and Trust-Based Estate Plans include complimentary shipping of the document(s), so clients can sign and notarize at their convenience.

Trust & Will understands that its clients’ situation may change over time; that’s why the company allows clients to access and edit their documents at any time.

Quick and Simple Process

Many people believe that drafting a will or trust is a time-consuming and while it can be, Trust & Will offers clients a simple “fill in the blank” form to speed up the process. Depending on which plan clients choose the entire process should only take about 5–15 minutes. Additionally, clients can revise and update their plan at any time.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All of Trust & Will’s documents are designed and vetted by attorneys with decades of estate planning experience. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the completed documents and contacts the company within 30 days of their purchase, the company will issue a full refund.

Bank-Level Security

Trust & Will uses bank-level security to protect and encrypt all of its clients’ information. The company promises to never sell or share its clients’ information without their consent.
