Trauma-Informed Practice Mini-Certificate
Juniors and seniors pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Nursing can participate in three one-credit mini-courses that focus on trauma-informed practice. Students who complete the course will receive a certificate in addition to earning credit. Each course is offered once and students will meet for a full-day Saturday interactive workshop.
Recognized Success
In 2017, U.S. News & World Report ranked the University of Michigan School of Nursing #1 in nurse-midwifery, #5 in nursing administration, #15 in Doctorate in Nursing Practice, and #11 overall for its master’s degree programs.
PAHO/WHO Collaborating Center
The School of Nursing is a designated PAHO/WHO Collaborating Center. This allows its students to see how international health policy is formed through intergovernmental organizations. Students also have the opportunity to work with the faculty in several global clinical settings, allowing them to complete a global health concentration.

Overall, the University of Michigan Ann-Arbor School of Nursing is a solid option for students interested in the field of nursing. UMSN has plenty of degrees for nurses in all stages of their career.
There doesn't appear to be an option to do school online, but the school has been recognized for several of its programs.
