They are atrocious. I am a current client of theirs and have been jumping through hoops for over 4 months trying to get a refinance. My close date has been kicked back 6 times, I make over a 100k a year, over 760 credit, have never missed a payment, provided all documentation. They keep kicking it back because I took 2 months off to bond with my newborn son. I received PFL for my time off and they keep kicking it back because I made a few thousand less than the year before. I explained I took 2 months off of work. I am begging them to call me, I have requested a call at least 25 times now and can show all my communications to prove it. By far the worst refinance I have ever had, and still no end in sight. Avoid this company!

Cardinal Financial SUCKS!!!!! 4 months and still no refinance, they screwed me. Asked for refinance pay off's 3 times....Nothing, no communications, closing estimates went from -$3800 to now over $11,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!
