To add more value to the mortgage pre-qualification process, Axia Home Loans offers the Certified Homebuyer Program, a comprehensive resource to help consumers on their homebuying journey.

The program involves three levels of qualification or certification that help equip consumers to shop for and buy a home. It is important to note that certificates are not an offer or loan commitment, but as you complete each step in the program, you will be more equipped to purchase a home or property.

I had a very bad experience with this company when I bought my house last year. I still can recover from the trauma they caused me . Usila k was my loan officer and she doesn’t appear as if she knows anything about the job . All the figures she told me regarding the transaction changed and couldn’t give a specific reason. I was so frustrated because we already sold our previous house and we in the the process of getting new property through axial loan services. I had a terrible experience with this company!!!! A friend recommended us to Jennifer. Did a soft pull, told us to pay off around 3 grand to get scores where they needed to be (our saving and toys sold). Did that & got pre-approved at 241,000. Nothing else until we found a house that we adored. Then finally were told how much down, what payments would be, and a ton of all other fees...... That as new or first time home owners to be, should have been EXPLAINED before starting this process got this far. We may not be high end with big money but we are people none the less. Now, nothing but empty hope, no savings and a baby due in less than 5 months. Thanks Axis, for all of your help and smoke blowing.

We I have been in communication with her for almost six months we initially had to do credit repair and ones able to get credit up she was nothing but inconsistent on information I would never recommend using her as she does not make the best recommendation based on your credit or the situation. Are they say she does not make the best recommendation based on your debt to income ratio. She was not helpful with the application process. And said one thing then when going through pre-approval gave up night and day different answer
