I absolutley love America First Credit Union. Their customer service is always so helpful and nice. There have been a few times where there have been issues with my loans (my error) . I called them up, told them what happened and they were so helpful in getting the issue fixed. Sometimes it takes a minute to get through to a customer sevice representative but its worth the excellent customer service you receive!

We did our loan through America First and have had a pretty good experience with them. I do feel like their approval process is really strict. Other companies were not as stressful to go through. Interest rate was pretty good. Their technology seemed a little dated to me though. Its not as easy to do things online through them as other companies. They charge random fees to do certain types of transactions that other companies don't charge for.
