Do not order from this company. The necklace I ordered was personalized and looks awful. The letters and antler stamp are so small, it looks funny. They will not return my emails. Will never purchase from this company again. The hoop earring look like a dollar store purchase.

There are a LOT of inaccuracies in this review. I don't know how old this review is, but I just started the company with a $99 starter kit. I would like more details about each piece in the catalog, but that is why they have home parties to see the jewelry up close. There is extensive training to those that enroll and support. Any questions should be directed to a representative or the company and not from this review page.

Attended a party and ordered gifts for granddaughters' birthdays 3 weeks later. I was told my order would arrive in 5 to 7 days. It has been 3 and 1/2 weeks and I still have not received the order. Sadly, I did not get the gifts in time for their birthdays. NO EXCUSE for such lousy customer service. Apparently selling products and making money is more important than good customer service.
