I was starting a new business from scrap, so I needed a service like theirs. I actually liked their web portal thingy, it was just a little hard to understand sometimes. I actually ended up canceling after a bit and doing that took a while. I didn't really get any information about the cancellation process or anything. I was still getting billed for some things after I thought everything had been canceled.

A friend of mine was representing their company, so I switched to it. I had a lot of challenges, not necessarily with National Processing itself, but with their connecting gateway company. There are some software changes I'd like them to implement though. For instance, to check all your transactions and movements in your account, National Processing has two separate accounts that you have to look at to see everything. The other two programs that we use in our other businesses have everything under one account. Because of that difference, I stopped logging into the other account that came with my National Processing service. Still, I think they're pretty great.

They work with a company called Tranont and since I'm with them I got to save a little when I got National Processing. We just use their online gateway, we don't really need the software, but that looks ancient. It's just very plain, not modern looking at all, and it's not the easiest system to get around in. It could use some work. Customer service is good, they know who I am when I call them. They're always very helpful to me and my clients, plus they're very personable. It's a good service.

They were the provider with the lowest cost, that's why we picked it. The equipment is just average, there's nothing spectacular about it. It gets the job done. Their customer service is really bad, they don't call you back when they say they will. They need to work on that and on getting written procedures for installing, quitting, and maintaining their equipment. They have none of that right now.

I got it to give my customers the option of paying with credit cards or checks. The software and equipment are kind of outdated though. They should also improve their customer service and have a faster response time.

I have to say that national processing is the BOMB. No years of a lease agreement or any types of small fine print that you can’t see. They are very helpful throughout any process you decide to go through. Customer service is top notch. I would recommend anyone who has merchant services to join up with these guys. Bar none the best. National Processing us has allowed us to get a much better handle on our accounts receivable. The low cost or their EFT/ACH transactions have allowed us to process payments faster than waiting for checks from our clients and offer a huge savings over credit card transactions. We have found their credit card fees to be competitive as well. Their customer service has also been excellent on the rare occasions we have needed to call.

This is my first year with NP. Been having a difficult time settling batches. They have provided excellent service to fix the problems. We don't believe it is on their end but on mine. I am trying to use a phone line and it just isn't working. I believe its the sorry phone line I have with AT&T. Cheap fees. During the signing up process our business name was not properly recorded which ended up costing us almost $3,500 in government fees. Lack of attention to detail on National Processing's part. Very disappointed.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience during the signing process. When we looked into this, the miscommunication seems to have happened when we were getting the Tax ID from you. When that happens, you are only supposed to be charged $10 a month. Can you email [email protected] letting us know why you were charged so much? Thank you for the feedback.

I have dealt with Merchant companies for the past 20 years, and I’ve never dealt with such a professional level of processor. The customer service is great. The products are great. The money going into our account is fast. I would suggest national processing for every business owner. This was definitely the best decision for our company. To go with National Processing.

We conducted some thorough research prior to changing our credit card processing services. National Processing was the only company that had polite and friendly customer service, prompt responses to requests for information, and they ended up saving us money in the end.

I really love the staff at National Processing. They are very helpful. Since we switched to National Processing we have not had any issues. The processing time is very fast usually by the next day sometimes sooner. I also love how simple it is to run a credit card. I would recommend them. Thank you National Processing for great service.

We have used National Processing from the first day we started taking credit card payments. They integrated well with Quickbooks and with our website. Whenever we have a question, it is easy to get someone on the line to discuss it with.

Tried many other processors and was either over charged or had terrible service (or a combination of both). These guys have been accessible, helpful, transparent, and awesome to deal with. I did my research about different companies and so glad I found National.

I have been very satisfied with National Processing regarding the low fees and how quickly I get my money. One draw back I have had is that I have not yet been able to process debit card payments even though in a telephone conversation was told that I would be able to accept them.
