Run for your life! You might as well not be covered at all. Coventry Medicare is a joke. Nine month, and I still have to call every time I order a 2 dollar worth med. They added a fake insurance to my account and they keep rejecting to pay anything. After I talk to 3-4 or 5 agents for hours on the phone, they apologize and send apology letters yet this has been going on for 9 months.The last time I talked more apologies and it was not going to happen again...guess what, I received a letter with the name of the phony company, coventry claiming I have another insurance. I called again and they said they do not know why I received the letter. Nobody knows what is going on but they certainly know to deny everything. I feel sorry for the people who work for them and have to lie and act stupid to cover up for Coventry.

Mistakenly signed up for the Aetna Coventry Advantage Plan medicare after receiving stuff through the mail advertising tier 1 and 2 medications are 0 co pay, shame on me for not doing enough research on the sheep in wolf's clothing, almost all common medications are tier 3 and 4 with co pays of 300.00 and up with Aetna, after calls to legal agencies, in Pa there are no rules on what pills are put into the catagories of the different tiers, the 300.00 pills with other medicare insurance companies are classifed as tier 1 and 2 with 5 to 15 dollar copays DO NOT BUY MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE FROM AETNA AETNA MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN IS A SCAM ON THE SENIOR CITIZEN CITIZENS, HOPING THEY WON'T NOTICE!!!!
