How do I redeem the $100 guarantee?

To qualify for the $100 reimbursement, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You requested a quote through BestCompany.com from a company that is covered by the $100 Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • You were a paying customer of the company for at least 30 days and then canceled. You will be asked to provide documention to verify the date you became a paying customer and the date you terminated services.
  • You leave a review on BestCompany.com about your experience with that company.

If you meet these requirements, simply email us at [email protected]m. Please include your name and the company with which you were unsatisfied, along with documention to verify the date you became a paying customer and the date you terminated services.

How do businesses earn the guarantee?

To earn the Best Company Satisfaction Guarantee, a business must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least 100 reviews on its profile
  • Have at least 10 new reviews per month added to its profile
  • Have an overall star rating of 4.0 or better
  • Respond to at least 75% of customers’ reviews
  • Provide the highest level of service to consumers who request a quote through BestCompany.com

Best Company reserves discretion outside of these requirements in awarding a company with the guarantee. This guarantee represents our highest level of recommendation based on all the factors that ensure consumer satisfaction.
