I travel outside my house to the store on my scooter, and I wanted to have something with me in case somebody hurt me or I need help. I saw this on a commercial so that's what made me call and inquire about it. I used it today I went to the grocery store. I put the "egg" in my pocket then I have the wristband on my wrist, and I felt totally comfortable on the streets. I was out somewhere else and I did a test, and they answered me and know exactly where I was. I just think it's a wonderful idea to have this kind of service for disabled people, and it gives us a sense of security and independence. We don't have to feel like we have to stay stuck in the house. They're really valuable, and I highly recommend for anyone who has a disability and wants to get out in the streets by himself to get something like this.

I think that their service is very good. I had just been on the phone with them today for quite a while, helping us to get our ducks in a row, so to speak, and their customer service is excellent. I'm very likely to recommend them. I'm a widow and live by myself, so to me it's a great thing to have in case of an emergency. I wear the pendant and everything, but I've not had an emergency yet. I was wearing my necklace at night, and all of a sudden the emergency thing that's in my kitchen went off. I jumped out of bed and ran and to tell them that I was not hurt. They kept asking me had I fallen, and I said no, no, I rolled over on the pendant and it caused that. That's the only time that I've ever had that problem, though it was my fault, not theirs.

We chose it mainly because it was nationwide'they are with AT&T'and my wife and I travel a lot, so that was definitely one of the deciding factors. The people that I talked to were very helpful and everything, but I really haven't been able to use it except testing it out. The handy carrying case and the recharger that it comes with were really simple to use. We carry it with us wherever we go, and I've already told some other people we know about it. With us getting up in age and everything, it's our security blanket, just knowing that if anything happens to one of us, we would have the help we needed, without dialing 911 or giving an address.

I'm blind and do a lot of traveling by myself. Because it has a GPS, it made my husband feel a little more secure. When I explained to them why I needed it, they were very helpful, patient, and very considerate on the phone. I'm on a very fixed income, and the price that I was given for a monthly fee is very feasible to me. When I tested it, they were very quick to respond and ask what my needs were, and whether I had a medical emergency. I think it'll be very beneficial to me because of my visual impairment, and the fact that I travel alone makes it more helpful and useful to me. If I have a medical emergency, I know that they are very quick to respond to my needs, and that is very helpful.

My brother-in-law and I did some research for me, and MobileHelp sounded better than the other ones that were out there, so we chose it. It's just nice that they have two options: the necklace, and the one that looks like a wristband. When we checked it to make sure it worked, it was really nice. I had a problem with the necklace because it broke; the piece with the speaker in it and the cord came apart. When I called, they were very helpful. They gave me over to tech services. This was a Friday night, and they said somebody would call back probably Monday. Well, somebody ended up calling me back Saturday. They replaced it, and I just got my replacement which was very nice, so that was good.

I looked on a consumer web page, and there were ten top MobileHelp companies. I called the top 3 of those, and I picked the second one, which was MobileHelp. It was the best price, and it had everything that I wanted. The people I spoke with there were very friendly. Another company that I talked to was very pushy; they wanted my credit card number immediately, before I even decided on it, and they also called me back and told me I wouldn't like MobileHelp. I told them I have no problems with it whatsoever, because it's everything they said it would be, and everything I need. I've recommended it to my friends. They were very helpful when I ordered it, and when I called to test it, they called me back immediately. They've been so helpful setting it up. I'm very satisfied, and I feel very secure having it. It's very comfortable. When I leave the house to go somewhere, there's a container for the small unit I have that fits right in my purse. I wear it all the time'when I shower, when I sleep, 24 hours a day.

I called at least three companies, I was very pleased with my first impression of MobileHelp. I felt that the the sales rep who took care of me was exceptional in his handling of a senior. From what I can tell, all three companies were similar in price. I wish it wasn't quite as expensive, but they all seem to be in that price range. After getting the MobileHelp delivered, I had some questions, and they were very thorough in helping me, and very patient, and took extra time to give me the information I needed. I've been using the device, but I haven't needed to use it for any critical reason, so I would say everything seems in good order with it. I just take it with me when I go outside and around the house. I haven't been wearing the medallion around my neck all the time.

I have the tendency to fall , and I have done so quite a few times in the last three or four years'over two hundred times'and my wife has trouble walking. If she falls, she has trouble getting up, and so do I. We had one device, but I liked what I saw on a commercial on TV for Mobile Help. I asked my wife about it, too, and she said that it looked good. I've had a good experience with them so far. We will keep Mobile Help as long as we live, because everything they've done has been very positive. I will recommend to them anybody which is interested or in this kind of situation. I've pushed the button by mistake a couple of times, and they contact me to ask what they can do, I tell them nothing's wrong. Other than that, there is nothing unusual so far. We're okay and it's going to be okay for us to use it.

I liked that I could go anywhere and still have help and service, that was the main reason to get it. I use it when I walk to my physical therapy, and when I go out of my apartment to go for walks or go to church, the store; any place I go with myself or other people. I haven't had to use the service per se, because I haven't had any issues, but I appreciate the time that they take to explain what they will do. It seems to be working, that's all I know. I have one complaint only: I live in a condo that doesn't have a proper door knob, and I would like them to provide something other than the lock box to put a key in. Something that could be screwed into the doorjamb would be helpful.

At the time I got it, it was the only one that you could take outside the house. The price for the year is excellent, because it's just a little bit more than a penny a day. That's pretty good for two people. One time I had to use it for my husband who is 91. I just pushed the button and the mobile help was right there within 2 minutes so that was great. He was bleeding so profusely that he would have died if they hadn't gotten there so quickly. With Mobile Help, I could save his life. They have 4 different devices, and each one has a purpose that it's perfect for. The watch-type one is good for somebody who's working; it's not as as in your face. The one hanging around your neck is good for when you're showering, because it's waterproof. The one that's like a pager was really good for my husband to take to work, volunteering at a hospital; it's easy to take with him as he's walking to and from there. Also, the home unit is big enough that everyone can see and use it.

For financial reasons, I wasn't ever able to use the device. I had a very pleasant experience ordering it, the customer service was very helpful and informative, and Steve, the very polite fellow I spoke with, explained everything about how to use it. I had seen about it on TV, and ordered it, but without consulting with my caretaker. I jumped the gun there, because she was able to get me one that wouldn't cost me a dime. So I never even unpacked it after it arrived; I just took it right back to the post office. Everything about my interaction with Mobile Help was great, though, and I definitely recommend them. If someday I no longer qualify for a free system, I'll be going back to them.

I noticed they have 9.7 rating out of 10 online, and their customer service people are very good. I was on the phone for half an hour to forty minutes, and I was happy with the results and the price. They just took the time to explain everything. When I first got the unit they were very helpful, plus whenever I was doing the testing after I had it all set up, they were very helpful with that, too. We had a false alarm, but aside from that we haven't had the opportunity, fortunately, that we have needed to use it. Whenever my mother accidentally pressed the alarm by mistake, I automatically got a text message alerting me almost instantaneously that there was a problem, so I'm very happy with it.

I was with another company that had the same machine, and I was told that Mobile Help actually makes most of the equipment for these other companies. This one has the option to have the fall-detecting device you wear around your neck in case you take a dive, and that made the difference'the other companies didn't have it. It looked like they had more equipment for a little lower price than the other company, so it made sense to switch. It's a nice company, and it's been fine so far, so I'm I'm happy with that. I set this thing up and tested it, and everything works, so we're happy. I placed one device in the shower and the other ones by the bedside, plus there's one that you take outside; I haven't quite figured out how to put that on my belt, though. I would recommend Mobile Help. Somebody I know was talking about getting one of these things, and I'd tell them that this is the one to pick.

My husband told me to get it after he saw something about it on TV because I live alone, except for my cat when she's in town. I use a walker, and sometimes my balance is not very good. I take dialysis, and I'm a little wobbly afterwards. It's a reasonable cost per month, so it's nice to have. it gives you confidence and security. I pushed it 3 times by accident. I didn't know how sensitive it is, but I didn't fall. They called me and asked me if I fell. I said no, and reset it. That's why I take it off at night. If you touch it, they're right there, so it's it's good to know that there's somebody at the other end of the button to help you. It's good and portable. I take the fall button with me around my neck, and the other device in my pocket. And I like the lockbox with the key in it, so they don't have to break my door down.

After I had a heart attack I did some research about it and compared it to other companies, and I found this was the best for me. They call and make sure everything is going all right. Once I got it plugged in, they asked if I have any questions. If you have any question or anything, someone is always there to help you, and they are very supportive. They make sure they answer the questions and give you the instructions that you need, so that you will understand before you hang up the phone. They give you a lockbox to put outside you door knob for you to put a key in it, They have the combination to that box, so if you do have an emergency, they can always get in if you're not able to open the door. I haven't seen that with any other company or anyone else who has such a device.

My sister has been after me to get one of these things for quite awhile, and I've seen it advertised on TV, so I took down the number and called them up. They answered all the questions I ever asked them, and they seem to be very knowledgeable about it, and they were very nice. I would recommend it. I don't know what some of the other companies are charging, but I guess when you're trying to stop and figure it out, it's a little bit over a dollar a day. I take it with me when I go out in the car. I have it here in the house, but I usually don't carry around with me in the house, rather when I go outside in the yard, or over to get the mail out of the box, or up to the store or something, I always take it with me. I'm 76 years old, and I guess it kind of gives you peace of mind to have it with you when you're out in the car or someplace.

I've just been on it just a short time, but I've been well pleased with it. When I set it off accidentally, they were immediately there to help; it was just seconds before they were asking if there was trouble. I've got the fall detector with it because I'm out feeding cattle and stuff a lot, so I'm not around the house a lot of times, and it really works nice for that. I had talked to my sister-in-law; she already had it and checked everything out, so I decided to go along with this company. As far as I'm concerned it's an excellent product, and I think it's comparable in value to the other ones out there.

Some other company had signed me up without my knowledge, and started taking it out of my social security benefit. It went on for about three months that I was being charged for nothing. That's when I saw Mobile Help's ad broadcast on TV, and that's when I got in touch with them. I got my equipment, and maybe three days later I mashed the button to see if it was working. One of their representatives came on and asked if I was doing all right, and I just told him I was just testing it to see if it's working out. It's giving me good service with no problem at all. The one thing I didn't get a chance to have explained is whether the wristwatch device is supposed to be charged up or not. Other than that, it is good communication.

So far I haven't had any excuse to use it, but I wear it around my neck all the time: to bed, to shower, or wherever. I feel comfortable that it would be there in case I had any kind of a fall. I was going to call for some system questions, because the other day, evidently I bumped it, or it maybe hit against something, and the alert went off. I was worried that all kinds of police were going to show up along with people on my contact list. Fortunately, all I had to do was just press a few buttons, so I was happy about that, because I guess I needed a trial and error experience. I probably would recommend it, based on that. I got it in the first place because my friend recommended it to me.

I talked to customer service there before before setting up. Everybody was very helpful. They did not rush it, they answer your questions, they stay on the phone for as long as you need them to, so I felt very comfortable. I felt very secure, and I thought that was the greatest thing for my parents at that time. We have a fall feature, so I don't know if that's just a little bit more temperamental. It goes off if you bang it against something by mistake. The device did go off, I don't know if by mistake or if one of my parents pressed the button, and they got somebody talking to them immediately, so it's quick service and I recommend it.

I had read about Mobile Help, and it seems it had all the things that I needed. They gave me a very good rundown of everything that it had to offer, very complete in the descriptions, and they answered all my questions. So far I'm perfectly satisfied. I try to use it everyday. I can't do too much these days because I'm 98 and I've just broken my hip, but I do as much as I can. I have somebody here helping me, but I try to go through the night on my own, and I get up often during the night. In the day time I get up and I make my own breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. I was also outside writing a book. All of that is with my device on. They advised me not to wear the necklace at night, but I have to get up so much during the night, I figured I needed to wear it anyway in case I might fall. Then, just last night at 2 o'clock I got a telephone call that I didn't answer, and the next thing I knew there were two policemen with a flashlight coming in to my bedroom. Evidently I turned over and hit the button by mistake against the old mattress. So, now I won't wear it at night, but I'll need to remember to take it with me into the bathroom every time that I get up.

It was recommended by one of my neighbors, and I was very impressed with the presentation. When I called them, I was very happy with the gentleman that I spoke to. I spoke to a couple of other companies and I was not as impressed. I haven't had to use it yet but I wear it every day. I charge the the GPS thing at night next to my bed. I do want to test it because they said to do so, but I need to call and find out how to run a test on it. Everybody has been very helpful whenever I call, and I'm very satisfied with the way I've been treated. The one thing that I think that they should improve is that they put a string cord on the pendant that eventually is going to wear out, and that that hole in the pendant is so small, I don't know that I'd ever be able to get anything through it again. That's my only complaint as far as the device is concerned.

Mobile Help provided the services I needed, and it's well rounded, given the fact that it has fall detection and that we can locate somebody using the service if they disappeared. Also, the rate was good. Everybody's very helpful, very courteous, and they give a prompt response. Another family member is the user of the device. We were able use the service to locate her once, when we couldn't find her. We haven't had to use it for emergency situation, but I feel certain that it's going to accomplish what we're trying to do. As far as I know, it works fine, other than the fact that you have to carry multiple units around. You don't just carry the button. If you leave the area, you have to take another unit with you. That's kind of an inconvenience, because she doesn't always remember to do that. She thinks that by having the button, that's all it takes to to you know to get somebody if she needs it.

I needed to get some help for my ninety-five year-old mother, and I looked in AARP magazine. They were one of the companies advertising in there, and I just liked the technology that they had. Compared with all the others, they looked like they just had more to offer. The guy that I talked to was just very helpful and wasn't real pushy. He answered all my questions, and I just went away thinking about it. I talked to my mom, and I got back to them the next day and made an order. I feel like it's a fair deal. I don't feel like anybody was gouging anybody, and I like being able to pay up semiannually, so we're very happy with the price. So far it's very trustworthy. This product works, and that's what we bought it for. We wanted it to be there when needed. My mom had a recent accident in her house where she started a fire in her wood box by mistake, and the house filled up with smoke, and she passed out. She actually got the door open, but she blacked out from all the smoke. If it wasn't for her neighbor who saw the smoke coming out her front door, she probably would have died there. She didn't have any kind of a device or anything at the time. The things I liked about Mobile Help is that if you fall down and become unconscious, it'll sense that motion and it will call for help. That's something that I did not see the other companies offering. I also liked the fact that it has GPS on it, where if she's out somewhere and gets into trouble, she can actually talk to somebody, which you can't with some of the others. Since we got the device, she already had an instance where she had fallen down, and I was notified out on the West coast, and also her step daughter in West Virginia was notified that there was a problem. Before, she had no way to contact anybody if something happened to her. So far, we've been happy with the service. The only downside is making sure she has the habit of wearing it. Doesn't do any good otherwise. If there was an opportunity to recommend the device to somebody, I would say there could be a chance for that.

I would say I was most interested in it price-wise. So far, for everything that I've done to test the machine, I've got a great, quick response, so I know that the response would be fast if it was an emergency. I can go anywhere I want nationwide with that carry-on, and be able to not only just push an alert button, but actually be able to speak to someone when I'm there. The necklace pendant that they sent out kind of gets caught up on the string that you put it around, and I don't want to break it. I don't know if they have maybe another design or something; I'm not really sure how to fix this.

I had read some things in AMEX magazine, including list of how different alert services are rated. Mobile Help was way up at the top, whereas the one I was using previously was not, so I chose to go with Mobile Help instead. It has more features that I need in order to go outside, whereas the one that I had I could only use in the house, so it didn't seem as useful to me as Mobile Help. I normally leave it in the dining room, and I know it's always ready there. At night I take the little hand-held one into bed with me, and so I know that I'm safe with i.e. have not had no problems with it and I like the way it has several different ways of using it outside if I need it. I have only contacted them once. They were very pleasant, and they have wonderful music on the line. They helped me with any question I had, and it was fine. I like the fact that I could pay for it for an entire year, and that way it would be cheaper.

I have several friends that have passed away or been severely injured by falls in the bathroom. Another friend of mine had the Mobile Health system. I was put in touch with mobile help, and my husband and I decided this was the best alternative for us, because he was having take me everywhere, and I longed to be more independent, and this allows me the opportunity, with the fall detection and GPS monitoring. Some people at my church have realized that I have something on my neck all time and in fact I've encourage several others to invest in it. I followed the instructions about posting my medical stuff on our refrigerator and setting up the lock box component, which I think is just an added bonus. I use the system all the time. I'm conscious of fact that I could fall, but help would be there, and I have that assurance that somebody could respond to me. They're constantly there. if I signal, someone's paying attention, and it really helps me feel more confident in what I'm doing. I really find it very valuable for me.

We needed Mobile Help because it had the wireless mobile that would be able to help with my husband when he's out in the vehicle, and that was important to us. So far we've only had it a week or two and we've not had to make any other call except to test the machine. When we ran our test, they answered immediately. We feel that the people who make and answer the calls are very trustworthy, and we have great comfort in knowing that. The people that we talked with at the beginning to get everything set up were very helpful. They answered all our questions, and were very friendly and patient with us. It's of great comfort to know that it's here, and my husband takes the remote with him when he goes out to drive anywhere. We're we're just very thankful that we have it, and I know that it's there if we need it. It is very convenient. I particularly like that it comes with the lanyard or the one that you wear on your wrist, so it's not so obvious when you're out. I like those features, and everybody I've dealt with has been fantastic; they've answered all of my questions, and everybody's been easy to work with. They were very flexible on how I pay. In the past I had been able to pay a full year, but I had some health situations such that I wasn't able to do that this year, so they told me I could pay it monthly or quarterly. They worked out something I could live with, and that was very generous.

I've had two other companies, GreatCall and Medical Alert, and I'm very satisfied with this one. There are several things that I like about it compared to the others that I've had. I think their product is great, and I like everything about it. It is so easy to use, it's unbelievable; much simpler than the others. I really haven't had to use it, but it's there in case I need it. I like the fall detector I got'it's small, it's easy to wear around my neck, and I can take it with me. Another thing I like about it is the belt clip that they provide. I've had a belt clip for the Medical Alert and that was the worst thing I've ever seen, actually useless, kept on falling apart and wouldn't stay on the belt. This belt loop has a clip, and the clip is solid all the time. It's really good; I wear it daily.

Before I got it, I was very nervous because I had fallen several times, and I live alone because my husband passed away. It's kind of scary to be alone and and not real sure on your feet, but now I feel so comfortable because I know there's somebody there for me with just the push of a button. I've been very happy. When I pressed it just to see if it worked, they were right there. They're very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very anxious to help. The one that I wear around my neck is small, but if I want to dress up and not wear something around my neck, I have the one that I can wear on my wrist or even stick it in my pocket. One of the things I like so much about it is that I can go out in my yard, or even take a trip, and I know that there's somebody there all the time. I think the comfort and not feeling all alone is the biggest thing.

I was getting out of the unit that I had, and was looking for a new unit. I think it was just something I read where this one showed up, and I liked the fact that you could go outside the home and still be covered; go out of town, or whatever. It's been fine. My typical day is basically around the house, and since I've had it, luckily I have not had any falls or any real reason to use it, but I have it around my neck, and I feel safe. There have been times that it dropped, and they've had to call me to make sure everything was okay. They've been very prompt and very, very polite, and got everything taken care of, so I'm very pleased with the service. As far as I can tell, the devices are fine. I have both the bracelet and the one that goes around the neck. The bracelet, though, as far as I can tell, you don't talk into. You just push it if there's a fall, so I don't have that very much, because I usually have the one around my neck. When I'm going out somewhere, I do take the travel one, so I feel like I'm covered all the time.

There are several reasons I chose them, one being that I could actually leave my house with it now, and I can go anywhere. It's not taking all of my weekly and monthly income as much as some of them. It was something I've been waiting to see. The customer support people are fabulous. Whatever your question, whatever your need, it's answered right away, and they were very, very nice people, very knowledgeable. They have not harassed me like other health alert systems do. They never did. It was advertised, I was mailed a brochure, but never phone calls until I was ready to throw the phone away. The other thing is that it's not attached to a landline; that's a bonus! It's very nice equipment, it's easy to use and as far as I know it works fine, but I don't want to learn how it works because it would mean a problem. I haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I don't. I just like to wear it. If I go some place, there's a sign on my door that says, "don't forget your outside unit!" Typically every day I put it right around my neck in the morning, and at night I keep it right near the bed. I don't like to sleep with something around my neck.

I had one that you did not take with you out of the house, but this one I can take with me wherever I'm at. If I have trouble breathing or have a heart issue, I can just push that button and I know I'm going to get help. I was just fascinated by that. They were very courteous. They explained everything to me when I called them, and I just really appreciated their courtesy. I wear the necklace every day, and when I go out to the doctor or whatever, I take the mobile with me. I also liked the feature where you put the key outside, because that is something that is very important, since I live by myself and I always keep my doors locked. I would advise anyone elderly to get it. I'm seventy one, but even for someone younger with kids, it would be good for them to have if their child got hurt at a ball game or skating, for example.

I haven't had to press the button yet, but I wear it all the time. As far as quality goes, I've had no problem except that the original fall button kept going off. Since they replaced it and got it going for me, I haven't had a bit of a problem. I just want to share that I think that their support people are amazing, all of them. I had that trouble with my fall button, and they stayed on the phone with me forever to get it right. They got me a new one, and we got that one right and everything's working perfectly now. I looked at so many companies, and I think at the end they just came out looking the best, so I've recommended them. I think it's a very good value.

My sister and I checked into it for our mother, and it seems as though it was the same product as a couple of others, but yet it was less money. My mom was kind of irritated that the necklace just went off when she was changing her clothes. We were told that it was not real sensitive, but in her opinion it appears to be more sensitive, so she's been wearing the bracelet instead of the necklace. She hasn't really had to use it, but those couple of times where it's gone off on accident were actually beneficial, because she learned how the process worked without there being an emergency. I think we're happy because she feels secure knowing there's somebody there who would come to help her, and so do we. If we have questions, they've been very helpful to answer anything, so I recommend them.

I'm 62, and everyone at this age or who has an illness should have this, and they shouldn't think about it; they should just get one, because it's the best they'll have, especially when living alone. I checked what other companies charge, and they were much higher than Mobile Help. They didn't offer the things that Mobile help offers at the price that they do, so the price is very good. I love it. It has the help that I needed. I take it wherever I go, and when I'm moving around in my apartment I always have it with me. When I leave the house and when I'm at home by myself, I feel more secure knowing that they're there for me if I do need it. The equipment works. I tried each one'the necklace, the bracelet on my hand, the charging unit'everything works perfectly, I have had no trouble with it, and I know that it's very dependable. When I called them to test my unit several times, they answered right away. There was no long waiting period in answering, and I knew that if something did happen for real, they would answer right away and send help. They can be trusted with your emergency assistance when you need it, because they will be there when you call. We press the button and they will respond. I have already talked to friends about Mobile Help. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that needs medical services.

I looked at user ratings and comments before deciding on Mobile Help. It is plug-in-and-work. We tested it, and it does work the way it is supposed to. The device is not too bulky, it's workable, the central unit is not too large, and it's easy to read and understand. The support tutorial information was easy to read, and it was quick. We got the material quickly, even before they said that we would get it, so it was good. It's a product that it it does what it says it's doing, it's high quality, and the pricing is what I would expect. It is by the bedside in the morning, then the necklace goes on. The watch stays on all the time. Whenever it got banged up against the refrigerator and it was a false alarm, they responded immediately. There have been about three such false alarms; each time they responded immediately, and we cleared it up. It works just fine, and it provides peace of mind for our elderly mother, with her situation with a broken hip. They're quick to respond, they're clear to understand. They double check, they don't just ask a question quickly and are off. They ask it again to make certain that it's understood. When I purchased the product it was quick and efficient, and questions were answered. When I insisted on something they accommodated me, and I appreciated that.

I'm just happy with Mobile Help; it's a great system. I'm very pleased, with no complaints. The equipment is wonderful. I can carry it with me, so I don't have to stay home. I still go out and about shopping, and if anything happens, I know I'm covered. I can go all the way to other towns that are 20 to 25 miles away when I want to. I'm just comfortable knowing there's someone on the other end. They're really patient with my trying to get used to the system and having something on my wrist all the time; they've been really good about that. I haven't had to use it, but I accidentally set it off when I put it in my purse and I accidentally beeped it, so I know it works. It's well worth it, so I have already talked to others about getting it.

I had no intention of buying one of these things, but I've had several friends really pestering me every single day. So I got this particular device because it's rated very highly, and because two of my friends happened to have had them for years and liked them. When I finally got it and put it on, I felt relief that if something happened, somebody would be there for me, and it's a very confident feeling. It seems to work, even though I haven't had to use it. When I tried to activate it, there was no absolutely no problem at all, so I would assume that it should be okay and trustworthy. You can get them when you need them. Several times it went off when it shouldn't have, but I was able to talk to people immediately. Also, when I've called to clarify things, there's always someone who is very knowledgeable. I don't know what the others cost, but I'm paying a whole lot of money, almost $600, probably much more than I need to, because I've got every piece of stuff that they offer. I probably don't need all these devices, but I left no stone unturned.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful to explain it to me when I got it. I just thought that it was the right one, because they have everything that I think I need. I like that you can take it with you. I haven't worn it outside yet, but that was the main reason I wanted it'I'm alone and I want to be able to go out. I was very impressed, and so was my family. They were here on Sunday and they wanted to check it out. We tested it, because they were very concerned that they weren't talking to me, and they wondered who was calling and asking me questions. Whenever they call, they're so nice to me, they're all friendly, and they take the time with me to answer my questions and ask if I have any more. I felt really good about the results, and so did my family. I think price-wise, you get a lot for your money; everything that you need. It's easy to use. I hope I don't have to use it, but if I do, it's available, it's there when I need it.

I had been for a couple of months falling down dizzy. I went through a terrible divorce and was living in an RV, and I guess I passed out for 2 days, and couldn't get to my phone. No one heard me calling for help and nobody came by to see how I was. My parrot that I've had for 40 years was pulling at my hair to get me up. I guess one of my friends finally came over, and at the same time, an ad for Mobile Help happened to come on the TV. I said, "I've got to have that." After a doctor saw me and let me know how close I came to having my kidneys, heart, and everything else fail because I hadn't moved for two days, the advertisement came on TV, and I went "that's it." I called them, and we did business immediately. I've had it word a couple of weeks and one time by accident the wristband got activated, and within just a few seconds someone was going "Maggie, Maggie, are you okay? do you need us to come right now?" I let them know that I was okay, it was an accident that it was activated, I'm fine. But it showed me that they're right there. Being a 77 year old single old lady, I feel really protected knowing that there is someone right there at my touch. I'm really, really glad that I got it. Until I got my bank account statement, I did not even know what I paid, and I went "wow," for a year that's every penny worth it. I already have talked to several friends about it.

They're always helpful there in customer service. I talked to them on the phone a couple of times. They were very courteous, and very knowledgeable. We made sure that I was able to get everything that I needed for my mom at a reasonable price, and they were just helpful about it. I got a good value and good customer service. They're there for you, and they really, really, really tried to accommodate everybody, and make sure they are okay. Again, I got it for my mother, and from when I was with her and she was using it, I liked it. She hated it, but it had nothing to do with the service. She did say that she put it on the table a couple of times, and it went off as a false alarm.

I purchased it for my mom recently. The price was one factor, but I had also used it previously with my aunt. She had it for like 4 years before she died, and she accidentally set off the alarm once. She was just twisting a jar lid to open it, and she did not hear them when they asked her if she had called for an emergency. She was very hard of hearing. Within a very short while I had a call from their dispatch center at Mobile Help, to ask if I knew what the emergency was. I wasn't at home at that time and so I said I didn't know, but I would leave immediately to get her to home. That was about 25, 30 minutes away, so anyway they dispatched the police, fire and EMTs. By the time I got home, everything was handled, and she was okay. It was nice to know that they responded quickly and they met her emergency that she didn't even know she had! It was wonderful because that means it worked. Rapid response and good customer service. As for the alert device itself, it's small and easy to use, and immediately puts you in contact with emergency support help.

They can track you wherever you go, if they have to, so I like that part; not being just stuck here within the house. I have no reason not to trust them. Evidently it reports fast; a couple of times when I've bent over or something, which set off the device, they called right away to make sure I was okay. I wear all the time. I've got one bad leg so I'm always scared abut falling, and I live by myself, so it's a good security knowing that I've got it. They also sent me a security device to keep next to my bed, and I can push it in case anything happens there. Since my husband passed away and I live alone now, I feel a lot safer and more comfortable with it. I paid for a year, and what I paid was very reasonable for 12 months.

It seemed to meet most of the qualifications that I needed. It's a large amount of money for me, but the help is there if I need it, which is very gratifying, very satisfying, very reassuring, and everybody that I dealt with has been concerned and polite. I use it every day. It's very comfortable; I don't even notice that I'm wearing it. Usually during the day I wear it around my neck underneath my clothing and. At night and when I shower I have the wristband on. I haven't really needed to ask anybody anything. It's pretty self explanatory. From the contact I've had had they were very supportive. Once it went off by mistake; I think I dropped it when I was changing from one device to the other, and they answered immediately and they were concerned, and that was very gratifying, but it's the only real contact I've had. They answered immediately, they wanted to know what condition I was in, did I fall, and they were very concerned, so if that's the way they react when I would need them I would say that's a very good thing. I feel confident that if I did, they would answer, they would be qualified, and they would help me, so I'm pretty content with it right now.

I've already recommended this service to other people. I have checked out several places, looked into books and things like that, and heard about it on the TV. I found that Mobile Help offers more, so I went for it. I haven't had to use it, but I have the little necklace around my neck, a watch that I can wear, and a little gadget that they advise me to carry in my pocket at all times when I'm going out. I live alone, and it's a comfort to me, knowing that if something happens, I have something that I can depend on. I have a lockbox on my door with a set of keys inside. You can't get in there unless you know the combination, which the Mobile Help people have, so if someone comes to help me they don't have to tear the door down. They'll use the combination to get in, and on my refrigerator I have my profile that describes who I am, and what kinds of medication I take.

I work all day and my wife is home alone. She's in deteriorating health, so we just decided to go that route in case anything would happen where if she would fall while I wasn't here, then she has access to help. We could also take the device with us in case something happens whenever she's out. We really haven't used it yet, but there were times that she wore the necklace in bed and rolled over it. We got a phone call and I had to explained what happened, but overall, as far as the response time goes, I'm quite pleased with that. Overall we're just glad with the service. It's like a sense of security for me while I'm at work and she's here by herself. I'm just so much more comfortable having it.
