After Sale support is poor. Upon receipt of product, no instuctions on how to use was to be found. Specifically with the Base Station. I still do not know how to use or set it up? I can use the portable pocket device and it is a little better than the competion unit.Same device apparently but does connect eventually although I still get the connect fail message. Competion did not connect at all. unless I was in a better Cell area. Cell service where I am is low, only 1-2 bars. NOT Good, but at least it does work Ran 2 tests so far. Thank You

Was unable to contact anyone for update on my stepdads condition. I called number in text for info, they said they couldn’t give me any info and to call dispatch. Called them and they said same thing, call alarm company. I told them I had and they told me to call them. They gave me number for ambulance company and THAT number was disconnected. This service is supposed to provide peace of mind. It didn’t.

Anytime the alarm goes off, somebody is here. It has worked well the several times I have tested it. I wish I has one device I would wear around my wrist to talk to the EMS or the people who provide the service because one time I set it off in the yard the fire department showed up and I didn’t really need them.

So far I’ve been satisfied with mobile help. The thing I like best is the watch. I think it is the easiest to wear. I can’t wear the necklace around my neck because I have a heart monitor and I find it annoying and I don’t always have a pocket to put it in so that can be a nuisance. I am happy they seem to call back quickly.

Our Mom has fallen 3 times recently. We believe the fall detection portion of the button did not function for any of the falls. Although our Mother was able to press the button. The operators were professional and acted quickly. She was able to receive assistance timely and did not have to lay on the floor for an extended time frame.

It's reallly slow in responding. I bumped it by accident and it takes a really long time before they actually answer. Close to a minute, which concerns me if it was a real emergency if I'm on the floor until they finally even answer the thing. I got the device two days before my daughter wanted me to move out from Massachusetts to Florida. I called and asked them to put my first month on hold til I relocated to Florida. They said no problem, but they didn't do it. So I called back when I got bills again. The point was they said sure we can hold it until you relocate and they did not do it.
