MobileHelp did everything they were supposed to. When it was activated, they acted as if it was a real emergency and that it was my fault. It is apparently easy to push accidentally and it goes off too easily.

Sales person was very informative. He gave a lot of time to really explain the whole process. When my dad was having problems using mobile help, again the person worked with him and was very patient and understanding. It’s not sensitive but he does have difficulties knowing if the test went through.

So far I am happy with mobile help. They have pretty good customer service when I call with questions. I am not always sure that the battery lasts as long as it supposed to. Sometimes I wear it for a couple of hours when I am outside and it loses its charge. So I still have some questions about the device.
