Pendant size is to large and bulky has to be worn visibly to everyone Embarrassing

We are sorry that you feel that pendant is embarrassing to wear. By wearing it outside the clothing, you can access the button easier to press for help and if you have a fall detection pendant, if you were to keep it inside you clothing and you fell, the button can't move the way it should to detect a fall.
