The few times I have set off the alarm, they didn't get annoyed with me and instead helped me reset it. They respond quickly. The service is great and I like the company. Excellent! I really need a medical alert system but was a bit skeptical about this type of product/service. I spoke with a gentleman named Bill for almost an hour and he made me feel comfortable talking about my disability needs, explaining products and services offered. He answered every question I had including “what if...” questions, where I may be transferred in an emergency and everything I wanted to know about the product. It’s well worth the cost. Mobile Help customer service and products were wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars is that because of our location out in the country we were not able to access a tower to transmit calls.
