Not reliable. If the service does not serve an area they should cancel the service and refund your money instead of continuing taking your money. This is a life saving device! They really didn’t care if it worked or not, as long as they got your money.

December 26 test call disclosed your mistake; call representative extremely brusque. Information correct here with Spectrum; three local company individuals required to correct your mistake.

Found out when trying to activate the GPS device that is does not work in structures with metal roofs. Questioned then how “universally” reliable it was. Not comfortable with something as important as this which may not be functional all the time.

Thank you for your review, Ed! We appreciate your feedback. GPS is not 100% perfect - regardless of whether it is a medical alert device, a cell phone, or another electronic device. Environmental factors can certainly affect its ability to pinpoint the exact position. Our GPS devices use local WiFi networks to triangulate someone's position as a backup to GPS. Horrible company. I've tried to have them correct their billing system. Charging me double still. This problem has been going on for 7 months. Service problem also. Father had emergency, they called the wrong contact on the account and delayed calling ambulance. Find some one else

I am returning the unit because of the flashing green light. I don't see the purpose of it. I tried turning it around but you could still see it flashing and it was annoying at night.

I ordered with the understanding that it was a ONE TIME charge of $29.95, my mistake. However, I sent the device back and they claim they have not received. In the meantime, I continue to incur a monthly fee for a device and service that I do not benefit from. Not fair! I'm sure its sitting in a warehouse in a pile somewhere.

So far, I haven't gotten the unit yet, company said I would get a tracking number emailed to me, no email. Called the company, unit should have been here by end on the day Friday the 11th, Saturday afternoon, still no unit. Not happy with the unit, but then again I don't have a unit.

Customer service people are friendly but can’t get the information (addresses & phone numbers) correct. If these aren’t correct, what good is the service? A fire truck showed up in front of my moms house and NO ONE was contacted including her house phone that didn’t even ring. Equipment going back today!!

I had this service for a year and cancelled it because of their faulty service. They keep charging me my credit card each year and I have to tell my credit card each year that I cancelled service year before. I would never use this service again and they keep trying to defraud me.

The equipment would not function during the activation process. After 3 1/2 hours on the phone with technical support and or on hold, I gave up. None of their associates were empowered to resolve the issue, I canceled my order.

Been trying to cancel for nearly 2 weeks and am assured that i will receive the return address label within 24 hours and it NEVER happens. Feel I am being lied to and that they think I will forget so they can continue to charge or have me pay for the large $350 plus for the device.
