With all of our devices, if for whatever reason the user can't hear our operators or the operators can't hear the user, our operators will assume the worst and proceed as if an emergency was occurring. This ensures that help is received in situations such as those. Alternatively, we also offer all-in-one devices that allow the user to speak directly into their emergency button. I am allergic to the band of the wrist and the necklace part. Had to purchase a cotton lanyard for my neck

The last time we tested the the system the response time was almost 30 seconds. Not acceptable in case of an emergency.
