I asked if AT&T would cover our area before making purchase. I was told that AT&T data lines could be used even though we did not have complete phone coverage. When I tried to activate the service, the operator told me that the device would not work in our area. I was told I would get credit on my credit card (90 day commitment required) when the device was returned. I confirmed my email address and said I wanted the return label emailed to me. So far, I have not received the return label. Salespersons should not misrepresent area coverage.

Jeff was very helpful and he gave me a direct phone number to contact him. After discussion with other family members I called him directly and got the product I wanted at a price lower than the website. When I got the confirmation email I discovered that 2nd day shipping was available and I called Jeff back and he was able to update the order and get the unit shipped 2nd day. I had a terrible experience. I purchased this for my mom Cecelia Gregory. Received the product and didn't work and than he sold me the new device which also didn't work. Sent both back and was told I would receive full refund in 30 days. Never did after numerous calls. They said it should be in my account and they never submitted the refund. I purchased this unit for my 86 yr old mother. She had fallen and needed a way to contact someone for help. The unit I received is ideal for her condo size. I had a great experience except for trying to get the unit activated. I stayed on hold for half an hour and then the answering machind told me to leave a message for a call back within the hour. Never got a call back. Called the next day and held for 15 minutes before actually talking to a live person. I scheduled a time for them to call me when I was home. They called at the exact time and I had no other troubles. Zach and the lady who helped me set everything up were awesome.

Lady was very courteous and helpful and I got the medical alert with GPS in one week. My only complaint is that the cord that you wear around your neck is clunky. I am short and it would fit a VERY tall person and by the time I adjusted it I have a couple black plastic things showing about all the time. The cords should be made to the size of the person..
equipment failed when I had first emergency. Returned it for a replacement and they never send a replacement. So I told them to refund my money. The people lied to me 3 times about shipping the replacement and it never was shipped. Cant put my life in their hands!
At this point the experience has been terrible. I purchased the system on Thursday and paid overnight delivery fee to have the unit Friday. It is now Saturday night and still no unit has arrived. I have been unable to get through to a representative on the phone to find out about the system. There is no tracking number on my confirmation payment emai either.

I have fallen four times in the last year. I broke my left wrist in the last fall and am in a cast for at least 2 months. My health is very complicated since I have cerebral palsy and had heart failure which require medicine that makes me dizzy. The doctors are working with me to adjust the medicine but I still get dizzy sometimes. In addition, they had the best price. Since I have just purchased the system and not used it yet, I am not sure yet how efficient the system really is yet. Jason was great. I innundated him with questions and he answered them all with expertise, patience and humor when appropriate. Unlike my first technician he did not push to close the deal (a practice that reflects poorly on the company and product. Desperation to sell is a red flag for scams- if your product is as good as it says then it should sell itself once the consumer is at the questions stage.) I usually prefer to order on line and avoid conversations with sales staff but was so impressed and confident after our conversation that I made an exception. I was also impressed when he made the offer to call him personally back with any questions and needs after the deal was made. It was not a sell and dump. We have yet to receive our unit but when we do- and if it works as expected- I will be sharing Jason's number with friends. I would give him my highest rating for great customer service. 1.The day I ordered the slert system, person I spoke to said it should to out "on Monday" referring top January 12. It is 10 days later & no alert system has appeared. Did receive an email today, Jan. 22 stating that the System has now shipped. Wait was rather disconcerting. 2. Both young men I spoke with were astute & cordial. However, generally speaking, those from the East send to speak a bit briskly for us Westerners. And for us "old ones". I am 83. Keep up the good work--just more slowly if you can.

The salesman was very clear and helpful. He placed the order quickly as requested. I felt wonderful about the company. The order then came with the wrong equipment, but the customer service over-nighted the right items. This too was fine. However, when we tried to call the "activation" number, I first waited on hold for 10 minutes and then was finally told just to leave my number and they would call back "within the hour". All day I waited with no call back. This happened again the next day. No call back. I tried customer service and got the same hold message. I called my salesman's line and left a message - no call back. By the end of the second day I was ready to decide the company was a scam and I could never trust them to answer a distress call at all. On the third day the activation people answered within a few minutes on hold and all went well from there with activation and testing. Now I am in a wait and see mode. The company needs to hire more activation personnel if they want customer trust!
I researched several companies and yours stood out. One of the competitors continually called trying to get my business even after I told them I did not like pushy sales people. Michele was not pushy but very informative, positive and pleasant to talk to. I certainly hope I never have to use the unit I purchased but I am confident that if I do the response will be just as good as the sales rep.

While it was easy to order there was a delay in shipment. Now I'm not sure who will be able to install the system for my mom, the person who this was intended for. There was almost a week of lag time before the unit was shipped. I was there during the weekend and now I have to see who is in the area as my mother is 350 miles away.
Off to a bad start by getting my confirmation and 15 minutes later calling to CHANGE the delivery ADDRESS!! I told the service rep. that my address, she said she would make the correction. I asked for another confirmation to see the correct change of address. (This did not happen!) The very next morning 8-9 hrs.later I called the service # back to see if the address was corrected and this service rep. also took the new Change of Address (before it was shipped). 2 days later I get an E-mail stating the equipment has been shipped to the address that wasn't corrected and probably still isn't . My confidence in your business is questionable that if I plan to use your service in an EMERGENCY the rescue team will NOT FIND ME!! Well, right now I am TRACKING DOWN my DELIVERY with UPS to get the right address on my equipment and to receive it! I NEED a confirmation showing you have the CORRECT ADDRESS for me.
