When I called there was no record of it having been shipped. This time it came but was missing the return label they were to send for the pendant. Otherwise the setup went fine, also the testing.

I also called your Customer Service line and it took 15 minutes for that line to be answered. I was ordering your product for a 2nd parent. I think your devices and contracts are great but service is lacking.

In my opinion, your customer service is terrible. I placed an order for the medical guardian on Oct.8 in the evening and cancelled it on Oct.9 in the morning. It was impossible to get to talk to anyone at customer service, so I had to call the number to place an order to get someone to talk to. When I told the person I wanted to cancel, I was transferred to another department, waited on hold to speak to someone and got transferred again, waited again. After three transfers I finally got to talk to someone in Customer Relations who was very nice. He cancelled my order and said that I would receive a refund on my visa and that the order had not even been processed yes. Then later in the day I received an email saying that my order has been shipped via FedEx. I will not accept the shipment. I would not even consider recommending your product to anyone because of your very poor customer service.
I hope that this product is as helpful to my 90 year old father as "Tim" was to me. I can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience ordering an on-line product. The "Channel 10" Code which I gave Michael meant that I would get free set-up and free activation. Michael told me he was charging my VISA $89.85 for the three-month plan that I chose, and I remember confirming that before I gave him my VISA card number. Now your e-mail bill says my VISA card has been charged $95.85. This is a lie. Please credit my same VISA card with $6. And I hope you have sent both the wrist band & the necklace that Michael said came with the 3-month plan.

When I first contacted Medical Guardian, associate seemed knowledgeable and was very nice. When I called later to order the alert I talked to the same person, this time not as helpful - maybe he thought he already had me hooked. When I received the e-mail, it did. It have my correct name. When I received the service agreement, it had my sister as the first contact which was correct but her name was wrong. He also put my number on the contact rather than hers even though I gave him the correct home phone and mobile number. We did to receive the welcome packet with the EMT card. I will say the lady we talked to when we activated the system was wonderful! She was very patient and very helpful. She apologized that we did not receive the welcome packet and said she would mail to us. You received a 6 because of her not the ordering process. I would have given her a 10.
