Device is great, lightweight and not a nuisience like I expected it to be. Response is quick, courteous and helpful. Sometimes the response is too quick for those times that the device was triggered by accident. A few seconds delay would give the user time to cancel the call thus avoiding notifying others unnecessarily. My daughter now tends to ignore any notification thinking it is just another mistake. When does a customer complain the service is too quick? I think this may be a first!

My sister and I researched medical alert systems independently, and both of came up with Medical Guardian as the top choice. Imagine my surprise when the expedited delivery fee was waived and a free lock box was included with the order. Product is well designed and uncomplicated to use. I tested the distance limitation from the base station and found that the alert button worked well outside as well as inside. The pendant is lightweight, too. Customer service and technical support have been able to answer all of our questions and were exceptionally patient with our testing from inside and outside of the house. The monitoring company representatives were very calm and gave my folks reassurance that help would really be on its way should they ever need it. Bravo!

I was impressed with the company description and services as claimed on the website. However, after the initial equipment I received broke upon plugging it in, I phoned the company to ask for a replacement. The CSR responded by telling me the equipment cost $300 and I would have to pay for it. She I somehow carelessly broke it and was responsible. Only afterword did she read that I had just received it and also have paid for equipment breakage coverage. I didn't like being accused of damaging the equipment.

After gathering information from several other companies, your representative, Avant, was the deciding factor. He was not aggressive (which I hate) but merely guided me through your service and offers. thought it was ok at first , now just the opposite when I placed my order I was promised very fast delivery, it has been over a week now( I was told 2 or 3 days at the most) being shipped Fed X it still has not arrived this being 2/19/2016 making me very unhappy and a little unsure of the company since they can't even keep a promise of a delivery date making me concern about how the rest of their business practices and methods are up to the standards that they say they are up to , it is leaving me with a little sour taste about your company right now and very disappointed with them, at this point if matters do not improve quickly I might not stay with them after trial period and will try another company, when I placed this order I was promised very quick delivery, a free lockbox and the extra $5.00 a month would be dropped , like I said nothing so far and here it is Friday at 2:30 in the afternoon and they do not deliver on the weekends so you can understand why I am upset with them right now

I initially spoke to "Tim" on the phone. He was very pleasant and very helpful, even when I called him several times. After I received the alert equipment I spoke to a woman who walked me through setting things up. She also was very pleasant and helpful. So far, my Medical Guardian experience has been more than satisfactory.

So far so good. I just rec'd the equipment and that was really quick a day or so. They helped me to test the equipment and provided the instructions. It will take time to get used to wearing it and feel comfortable.
