I had to use the device this past Saturday and there was a malfunction and it did not connect. I'm not sure we are going to continue with Medical Guardian. We're having multiple issues with it.

Our loved one we were inquiring for passed away and I told the sales rep calling and ask him to discontinue calling me. He is still calling. It's hard enough to lose a loved one but to continue to be called is rude and makes a bad situation even worse. Would never recommend!

They don't listen to people. Online I asked for help so provided my email address and phone number, which are required. I received a voice mail message. I had my sister call them to tell them that I am speech impaired and that they should communicate with me by email. Never receive any emails but receive phone calls and messages almost every day.
