It was the one I felt like picking up. They had a four or five star rating, so I didn't even contact anybody else, I just picked them. Their representative was very thorough and professional. I've never had to use it, and I hope I never will need to. I don't want to be in a situation where I can't drive at all. The thing that goes around your neck is alright, but I'm more of a watch person. It is a hassle that I have to keep it plugged in to charge it though.

It was a real surprise when I got it. My son and daughter in law wanted me to have this device and I agreed to it. After checking around with other companies, they were the ones that offered pretty much the same as the other ones but at a price range that I could afford. My daughter picked it for me. I can't really wear the watch band on my arm since I can't keep it there, so now I'm using the one that goes around my neck, that one is better. I wear it all the time. For that reason I decided to go ahead and get it for my parents. They gave us the option of having the bracelet or the necklace and gave us exactly what we wanted in the end. They also sent us the necklace as well and told us to just keep it, they didn't charge us for it. They think it's great. We barely got it, so we haven't had to use it. Fortunately I haven’t needed to use it. I did do an operation check with it and everything worked as advertised. I like the way it lights up at night if you touch it. This will eliminate the need to turn a light on so it can be found. It’s designed with simplicity in mind. So far I am pleased with it and plan to have it available in the event I need it.

I really appreciate the security of having the device. I don't feel I'm in a Hhealth situation where it is critical for me, but I'm with a group and we've all agreed to get it so I'm glad to have it. My only issue is having trouble finding a nice-looking chain to wear the neck pendant because the brown cord is not so fashionable. Then again, unless I'm carrying the speaker device with me everywhere I go in my large office building, it's not much use having the neck pendant because I can't communicate if the button were pressed. I'm not a purse carrier and there's only so much stuff that can go in my pockets! So I'm still working this part out. The device and the service, however, are great. Thank you.

I ordered Medical Guardian for my daughter. The sales representative told us on a three way call that she had a special deal for us. She said for $ 34.00 a month the system would be good for anywhere my Daughter went. She received it the other day and called them to set it up and they told her it only would work for her around her home and nowhere else. This was false information. I'm thinking about checking other medical alerts and sending this one back for a refund.

This alert system is for my 94 yr old mother. Since we just installed the system a week ago, there has not been (thankfully) any need to request help. I do know that the operators were quick to respond when we were activating the system and testing each alert piece. Otherwise, it is too early to give an honest answer to any of these questions.

Apparently, they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. They should increase their personnel so that one is not waiting on the phone and then leaving a message.
