I got connected when I Googled it. I test it every now and then, and it seems to take them a long time to answer. The value is in if you actually had to use it to save your life. I guess it's like an insurance policy. It's great to have it when you need it. I don't consider it a waste of money because you never know when you'll have to use it. There was an issue when they simply billed my checking account the full amount for the year, which was an unexpected thing; a $400 withdrawal from my account... So I had to call them and let them know about that being a problem.
I researched different services and liked this one best, so I got it. One of the reasons I went with them was that it felt more reasonable and affordable than some of the other services. The button is easy to carry around and it works wherever I go. I really haven't had to use it, thank goodness, but I wear it all the time. I looked at several different services, read a lot of reviews and, in the end, got Medical Guardian. When I got it I thought I'd wear the wristband, but I don't really like it. It's easier to wear the button around your neck. I used it last Sunday when I got out of bed and just collapsed on the floor. When I pushed the button it did took a long time for the operator to come on the line, but they helped me. It's not the most expensive service out there, but it's not the cheapest either.
There were various reasons that led me to pick them, one of them was their availability in non-urban areas. I have not had to use it yet, but I normally take it with me when we go up to a mountain cabin that's north of where I live. They just seemed to meet all the needs and wants that I had, so I called them to check and got it. I haven't had to use it, but having the service makes me feel secure. The button is comfortable and I wear it everyday. Some of the other devices need to be charged often, but with this one I don't have to worry about it too much. The only thing I'm not quite happy with is the fact that when I press the button I don't get a response immediately, I have to wait. It's a bit expensive, but it's satisfying and serves my purposes well.

I got it because I could wear the thing around my neck, even when I went out. That way I could contact somebody if I needed to no matter where I was. I don't really like it much though. I was looking for a button with GPS on it, so I picked Medical Guardian. We haven't had to use it, but we test it every so often. They're always very courteous and helpful.
I looked through different kinds of medical devices and liked their features the best, so I chose them. When I talked to the person to place an order I got complete information about everything and they were very cheerful. I did have some problems trying to hook up the device, so I called back and they were very helpful with that.
I did some research on a couple of them and they offered the best value so I got it. I haven't had to use it except for when I test it once a month. I must say, they are slow at answering those.
We were looking for something and since their price was better than the other one so we got it for my son. He's hadicapped and doesn't have full control of his hands, so sometimes it's a bit hard for him to push it. We haven't had to use it, but I've pushed the button by accident and they answered alright.
I've had a couple of mini strokes before and my children were concerned about that since I live by myself. Because of that my daughter went and got it for me. I'm a senior but I still I go to the field to play softball. Since I wear the necklace all the time, I just tell the guys that if I fall down I can just press the button and someone will come get me. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it, I've only really pressed the button by accident and I usually don't even notice that I've done it. They always call me right away when that happens. So I know that if I really need they they'll be there for me. I even got a door lock so if I don't answer the fire fighters can come in without breaking the door. Everything seems to work very well, the only problem she has mentioned so far is that, since the button is very large, she sometimes sets it off by accident.
