I have wanted to get one of these devices for my mother for several years. She finally consented to let me purchase one after she fell and couldn't get up. I researched several companies, and this seemed to be the best one, including the latest automatic fall technology. Only minor point, the sales rep did not want to offer me the monthly pay option (as opposed to quarterly or annual) until after I told him it was available with online signup.

Have had them for a short time (less than 3 months) but have been pleased so far. They have answered all our questions and were very helpful setting up the system. One wish I would have is to have them answer an emergency call quicker than a full 30 seconds. But maybe it was slower because we were just setting the system up at the time. I think this is a very good company to do business with. The cost is in range of other companies offering this type of service. They are very quick sending you the equipment. Took only 3 days. When I requested an extra device I received it in three days also. Impressive!

Mike was wonderful, so understanding about the situation . My mom had fallen and broken her hip, she couldn't reach the phone . She had to pull herself along the floor, screaming with each movement. I never wanted her to go through that again. She is fiercely independent and I wanted her to keep that while being safe. Thank God I found Medical Guardian and Mike! I now can rest easy knowing my mom is safe.

I will know more after we receive the equipment, but on the surface everything reads good. One thing I would like them to offer is a combination unit of the mobile equipment that I am getting and the fall equipment. I know that I can add it later, but I think it would be great if they had a combination of these two at a monthly price somewhere between the two separate pieces of equipment.

He was very pleasant and convincing me about his company without being a pushy salesman. He kept in touch and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It was a bit better than the other company. Jessica was most helpful, but neglected to tell me about the Fall Detection feature, which is evidently very sensitive. If it goes off every time my brother rolls over in bed, he will quit wearing it. We will still give it a try. The comments also indicate that it needs to be set up. I was told one just plugs it in. Really too early to rate your service and product.

The "Guardian" was easy to install, directions simple to follow. It takes limited space. I placed the wrist button on my husband, for whom the emergency system was purchased. He has been a paraplegic for 50 years with MS (and other...). I was told two pendants would be included, however, only one was in the kit. Otherwise, all is in order and ready to use whenever necessary.

When I received it and was setting it up, the lady I spoke with was very nice and explained everything I needed to do. She also explained I needed to check it monthly & instructed me how to test it. The representative was very helpful and answered all our questions. Got it for our mother. Setup went well. She got pendant and wrist bracelet. She only wears her wrist bracelet because she is hesitant about wearing pendant for fear it will go off if she bends down to tie shoe etc. The wrist bracelet is working very well so far. Paid for 2 day service and it took 5 days but they said they would credit it back. So far am satisfied with service.

just recently ordered this service. TIme to put in place is a little lengthy given priority mail (2 day service) should be readily available. The person i spoke with was great.. very informative and helpful in making assessment of needs. When they put into place the "drop alert" (add on) it will bring a much needed broadening of the service to many. I believe I chose the right company for my needs after considerable research.

ONE SECOND ST SO FAR SO GOOD. I DID WEAR THE FALL ONE TO BED AND IT WENT OFF. I HEARD IT CALL TO ME AND IT TOLD ME HOW TO CANCEL THE ALERT, WHICH I DID. NOW I WEAR THE OTHER ONE TO BED AND WEAR THE FALL ONE DURING THE DAY. I WISH I HAD A BASE I COULD PLUG INTO THE BEDROOM AREA AS I DOUBT ANYONE COULD HEAR MY SPEAKING IF I HAD TO PUSH THE BUTTON FROM WHERE THE BASE IS NOW. WOULD HATE TO HAVE EMTS COME IF I DIDN'T REALLY NEED THEM. I HAD A DIFFERENT SYSTEM ONCE AND IT HAD A SMALLER BASE WITH THE MICROPHONE IN IT THAT I COULD PUT IN ANOTHER AREA. I DID LIKE THAT.

I no longer need the service. I had it for 3 years. Never used it once. Cost approx $1200.00 for a service I never used, and they won’t send a box to return the devices in. I have to also pay for that. Unsatisfied
