Systems

Every Medical Guardian medical alert system is identical in that they have a base station, a wearable emergency button, and provide two-way communication. Each system also has a backup battery that has a battery life of at least 24 hours. Granted I cannot rate the unit/company on use and response in cases of emergencies. I did not have the opportunity . nity to activate the unit. Due to unfortunate circumstances, my mother no longer needed the unit. When I called to return the unit, I was surprisingly informed, that I would still have to pay for the two months I had the unit, even though I did not activate the unit. Apparently, this is mentioned in the Agreement that I don't recall receiving and is very difficult to view on the website. The company does not make this information easily accessible. It's unfortunate that I have to pay for a service I didn't activate. I feel, a reputable company would have such considerations especially since the population they typically serve, is a vulnerable, elderly population.

Fall protection did not work. When I pushed button agent promised to stay on line til help arrived as I was trapped under furniture. Did not do so, so I was unable to let emt know where house key was until they broke in window. Canceled service.

My bedroom is upstairs, and the box is downstairs. The answering person cannot hear me when i have done a trial. I haven't had to use your product yet... and hopefully won't have an emergency. But i feel safer with the button close to me when i am in the house. doesn't work outside or in the garage

I purchase this medical alert system for my aging mother and have been happy since doing so. I worry about her a lot and this takes some of the worry off of my mind knowing that in an emergency there is a better chance she will be alright. I purchased from Mobile Help. I wanted to try it for 20 or 30 days. Both of the Reps are pretty aggressive. When I called your Rep, I tried to tell him I still may purchase from Medical Guardian, but he freaked out & started yelling at me. Extremely disrespectful & definitely unprofessional. I’ll never call your company again w/ that kind of service. I had to finally hang up on him.
