Thank you for taking the time to write a review MCD. The reason why we do not need to contact you is because we do an internal test of the device every month. This ensures that we are up to date on the status of each device and it avoids bothering you by making you test the device as well. If things are working as we hope, you will never need to use the LifeStation device. So we take you not contacting us to mean that you are in good health, and while the device is there if you need it, you have not needed it yet.

I've used it once and it was a wonderful response. The bracelet is very large and this makes it sweaty because it's part plastic. It can be uncomfortable, and I think it's really expensive.

We only have so many monitoring specialists and they take as much time as needed on each call to provide the help that the customer required.
